Joseph and Mikey worked on our home on two occasions. Both times they were very professional and competent. The work was done in a timely fashion. Thomas and Gerry come to our house late in the evening. The arrived quickly, and took care of the problem. Very nice and professional. Once again, Ben Franklin plumbing has done an excellent job. Monique called me yesterday morning, after reading my post about wanting to connect a dishwasher, & set up the appointment immediately, I really appreciate that kind of follow-up. Thomas arrived within the hour & I truly appreciate his professionalism, as I've had many negative experiences with other local contractors not showing up or doing shoddy work. Joseph Moore was my technician. He was knowledgeable, courteous, very professional and did a top notch job. He could not have represented Ben Franklin any better. He is one of the best representatives I have ever dealt with and I was extremely satisfied with his work and performance. He took me through each step and ask me to make a decision as to how he should proceed. He then completed that step as per my decision. He,in no way, tried to influence my decisions. I have dealt with Ben Franklin many times in the past and will certainly contact them in the future for my plumbing needs. They have assembled the ultimate plumbing team. A one of the kind team. Chris gave us an estimate of the job at hand, made a few recommendations and advised and explained in detail of services we were not aware of. He was very friendly and courteous not only toward us but also of our animals. His repair job was done in a quick and clean manner. This was the first time we used Ben Franklin Plumbers, but it won't be the last time. They took care of everything, and did not leave a mess. They were professional and easy to work with. Before the dishwasher was installed, I asked if Jason could stop by and tell me what I needed to do to prepare for the installation, he did and was right on the money ! only had to make one small adjustment to the opening (my fault) Jason and Juan have been here before for a major prob with plumbing, that did a super job then and again Saturday.

I have used BF many time, getting a new dishwasher and Jason came by to tell me what I needed to do to prepare the cabinet opening, dishwasher will be here thursday and wanted it installed friday but jason is off, he called and would come friday but will work on saturday so we told him we would wait for him to work saturday, he is super and well worth the wait.
