Thomas was outstanding. The situation we had was very unusual and he was able to figure out what needed to be done and he kept me informed all the way through. He stayed late into Saturday evening and c ame back on Sunday morning with another person to use the pressure hose to release the clog. He put in a new clean out and reinstalled the toilet with all new flange and anchors. Both men worked hard and cleaned up after their work had been completed. This emergency cost our Boat Club over $3000. Thanks for the emergency response on Memorial Day weekend. Thomas was excellent in his work and drive to solve our problem. Called the 24 hr line and was responded to in less than 5 minutes. I was able to set up an appointment for the same day and time slot I was available. They were able to give me a upfront price about accessing the area and finding the leak, honest and straightforward about having to cut a hole into my sheetrock. They were able to find several leaks after re-examining their work. Very happy with the service. They were even flexible allowing a friend to be there in my abstinence. The only negative was when I got home, I saw they left on my lights upstairs in my master bedroom, bathroom, and toilet area. The lights were left on for 8 hours while I was at work. Please make sure you turn off the lights in someone's home. In my case, I was not home to double check all lights were off. I appreciate saving electricity when I am not home. I called early Thursday morning to see if I could get someone to come out to fix a stopped up disposal in my kitchen and a toilet that would not flush completely. Monique was most helpful when I called and called me back to find out if it was alright to send someone. Thomas arrived within 15 minutes and checked out both problems. He gave me 2 written options to fix the toilet and a set price for the disposal repair. He was extremely careful coming in and out of my home to put on his booties. He also explained that he would fix the disposal first before he worked on the toilet in case he had to get very dirty going under the house. His worked was completed quickly and he put all of my items back under the sink after he wiped out the area. Thomas had me check both repairs before he wrote up the invoice. Had a great experience with this company. I called several companies about estimates and fees to do some emergency work, a main pipe broke and I was without water. Benjamin Franklin the punctual plumber called me back within an hour and stated that Thomas was headed my way if I was available. Thomas arrived and gave me the estimate and assured me he would be able to get the job done and have my water restored soon. Thomas explained everything he needed to do and kept me informed of the situation. When he came inside he was very mindful of not tracking dir in my house.
