I was so appreciative of our repairman coming after hours as we came home to water everywhere on our main floor. After he made the repair for the flooding, he offered to work on any other problems we had. He repaired two toilets. He had to go get another part, and because it was late he offered to come back in the morning. So grateful. I gave a 9 because I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the handle he put on the second toilet repair. But it has a two year warranty so I'm sure we are fine. We just bought a house and knew there was a leak or something somewhere. Called for a plumber to come check it out. They were nice enough to work around our crazy scheduling and the time difference between where the new house is, and where we were staying. Joseph came out and talked us through everything he would be doing, how much it would all cost, and what all we would need to do at some time in the future. It was great being treated as a sane, intelligent human; as opposed to just some random idiot who needed a professional to do their work for them. Had clogged sink in kitchen and I couldn't unclog it so I called Ben Franklin. Had somebody out in less than 30 mins. Thomas W. showed up and I explained what the problem was. He did some looking around and suggested that he run a sewer machine through the line to check for clogs. He did his thing and clog was gone in 15 mins.
