THe employee of Ben Frank found the main water cut-off valve for the house )none else could locate it). The ahndle was broke-Thomas improvised and re-located the cutt-off valve in the hallway so that we can reach it easily. He flushed the water heater, changed rusty water faucets to the washer, reduced the water pressure that should prolong the life of the one-year old water heater. Thomas worked very hard and explained the things he repaired fully. Another worker helped Thomas part of the day, he was very knowledgeable as well. Thomas drove in fifty miles from Hogansville, GA, for a Saturday night to early morning repair of a leak from a residential space into a commercial space. It was critical that the repair be made before the business, a bagel shop, opened for its 7AM breakfast business. He figured out the hard-to-detect source with minimal pokes into the business's ceiling. It was a shower valve leaking behind the wall of an apartment above. It took him several hours to get the valve replaced and shut-off installed. I knew a repair from 8 PM Saturday to 2AM Sunday morning would come at a premium price, but I can't fault Thomas's ability, diligence and professionalism. He's also pleasant to work with.
