Called them in the morning11-17-15 and the lady was courteous on the phone and though they were busy, made her utmost to make sure a technician will arrive. when Mr. Thomas W. arrived, he was courteous as well found the problem rather quickly was very efficient gave us the offer/suggestion to solve the matter and once we agreed, was very efficient and thorough and cleaned the area inside and outside our house in perfect condition. ****** *. is an exceptional plumber. His response time over the weekend gave me the impression that he did not come to only replace my 15 year-old 45-gallon water heater. His recommendations were very positive and received very well. He went the extra mile in reducing the water pressure that affected my house, brought our plumbing codes to standards, replaced pipe connections involving gas and water. His perseverance and attention to detail was beyond reproach. Thomas W. 's trust and confidence convinced me to purchase a waterless water heater. I called Benjamin Franklin to have someone come out and check the water coming from my shower. The hot water did not have a lot pressure. With in 25 minutes after I made the call ****** *. arrived. He had on boot booties to keep dirt off my carpet and he proceeded to go to work. He was very courteous and professional. He took care of the problem and unclogged a slow drain I didn't know I had. Mr. Whitley arrived shortly after I received the call saying a pro was on the way. I called for service around 12:30 PM and he was here within two hours. I had to replace my shower faucet; the diverter was practically nonexistent when he removed the old faucet as were the washers inside. There was an issue with the old pipe connecting to the new fixture, but this did not deter him. He kept at it until it was right. I spoke with Kristen when I called, and she was super sweet! I had been without hot water for 5 days at that point (dealing with an Extended Warranty company) and it was 10:30 on a Friday morning. She was extremely friendly and sympathetic to my situation and assured me that they would absolutely be able to get me hot water before the end of the day! She explained it would be a standby appointment and she could not give me a time slot at the moment, but she would call me 30 minutes before the technician arrived. As promised, she called me just after 2pm to tell me he would be at my home shortly and would take care of me.
