We had a plumbing emergency at 10 pm on a Friday night we had never called your company before. Jason arrived quickly, he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. We were so pleased with his work, we called your company two days later to fix/replace 2 faucets. We even joined the yearly maintenance plan your company has. We plan on calling again next month for our water heaters (2) to be serviced. We are very pleased to know we know who to call for all our plumbing needs. We wish we could find as competent people in other home repairs. Thank you for being such a good company. Chris was out this time and did an excellent job he was very thorough in explaining options for our repair. He installed our faucet and repaired our garbage disposal in timely manner and cleaned up after the work was done. Thomas W. did a great job investigating why we had water stains on the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. He discovered a leak in the upstairs tub drain and more importantly found that our upstairs water heater was on the verge of rupturing. He fixed the tub and then spend many long hot hours in our attic crawl space replacing the hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his hard work.
