My brother recommended Anderson Plumbing when I found a leaking copper pipe and a wet ceiling in my downstairs bathroom. They arrived within the hour after I called. After removing sections of drywall in the upstairs bathroom wall, tne leak was traced to the attic T-joint. They repaired the leak witthin a couple of hours. michael and matthew were excellent and represented your company with the highest level of service. they were on time, courteous and very informative. during the home inspection, they addressed every area of plumbing and rated it as good, in need of service, or something to watch. they even fixed a rattling pipe by simply adjusting a valve that was not completely turned on. I have signed up for the annual service program in great part to these 2 young men. donna

They are NOT inexpensive, but I\'ve learned from a very bad experience that you get what you pay for when it comes to plumbing, so paying for quality work is worth it to me. Today Friday, 20 May 2011 I made an appointment to have a plumber come to install a new kitchen faucet. Received an appointment the same day and had Jose Chavez arrive within hours of first calling. Jose was a invaluable technician. He was very helpful, informative, respective and knowledgeable. He not only installed the new facuet but checked on additional plumbing concerns and ensure all was working properly. My wife and I needed help with two plumbing issues in our master bathroom. Justin Arnett listened carefully to our requests and gave us several options to choose from. We recently had to have a re-pipe done on our 50 year old home in San Diego. We got 4 bids, and though Anderson was neither the cheapest nor most expensive, the fact that they would drywall and paint after the re-pipe was a deciding factor. Kelly Anderson is an excellent representative for the company and she put our mind at ease regarding the work to be done. All of the technicians, Jerry, Perry, Christian, and especially Brian, were outstanding! Brian's plumbing knowledge and attention to detail made him far and away one of the best plumbers I've ever met. The work was completed within a week and the house looks as good as it ever did. My congratulations and thanks to the excellent crew at Anderson!

The installation team was great and the follow up maintenance technicians are always outstanding. The service technician today was at the top of my list of Great people to work with. Her name was Katy Frausto and she was extremely competant, worked very hard and cleaned up after herself. She was FANTASTIC!!!!

I had an out side water value not working. Michael and Matt were both very good they knew exactly what to do in a timelly manor they added fittings and had it fixed so I could have water in my house again. The company gave me a 4 hour window and they did exactly what they said the would. I would very much us them again.

We have used Anderson to service our home HVAC since 2002 and have been impressed with the quick and professional service we have received. The latest technician Katy was very knowdedgeable and friendly. She completed the work quickly and was very helpful.
For us, Anderson is the best HVAC company in the San Diego area.

We have used Andersons service since they installed our furnace and air conditioner about 10 years. They installed an efficient unit, added new ducts to the house that reduced our 'energy use' bills significantly. Their service technicians (most recently Katy Frausto) have been punctual, polite, efficient and sensitive to repairs or upgrades that could keep the unit working well. Justin arrived on time if not a little early. He quoted a price and we had sveral back and forths with his office. He offered several addons which I declined. He accepted my decline gracefully. We settled on a price and service to be installed the next day. He handled the negotiation with his home office very much to my satisfaction. Arrived the next day, again, on time and got right to work. Did the job in the time he stated and did an excellent cleanup. The job cost was not "lo-ball", but reasonable for what was done. (I had lower bids from Home Depot, but had had a very bad experience on a job they had quoted at the lowest price.) I would use Anderson again and would certainly request Justin for the job.
