I was pleased with the service until my husband came home and explained that the plumber did not need to take the garbage disposal apart to access the RO water filter -- that cost me an extra $78 on what should have been a $151 bill. The filter could just have been slide behind it. 01/09/14 |

Chris was pleasant and professional, a pleasure to be around. He listened to my descriptions of the problem we were having and asked clarifying questions before beginning. His approach to the work was systematic in that he proceeded in a manner that caused minimal disruptions to my house. Instead of cutting into walls, he viewed the situation by taking the fixture apart and by process of elimination avoided opening up the wall. He prepared an invoice and reviewed it with me prior to proceeding with the work. He did the repairs quickly and tested the repairs and we are now leak free. On Monday while trying to change a diverter spout on my bathtub, I managed to break the connector pipe. I contacted Anderson Plumbing online to get their Wednesday discount. I did not hear from them on Tuesday so I called them. Somehow they did not get my online service request and were already booked for Wednesday. The person I talked too apologized and said she would schedule me for Thursday and give me the Wednesday discount, which I thought was very fair.
The technician, Chris B, showed up on time on Thursday. He was very friendly and professional. He looked at the problem and recommended a solution. He proceeded to replace my copper connector pipe with a brass pipe and put on the diverter spout. Everything worked fine. He also was very informative when I asked him about an alternative to my soft water system. He just gave me answers to my questions and did not try to pressure me in any way to purchase one of their systems. I really appreciated the information.

Ken S. worked out the many problems to install the Hot Water Heater and consulted with me and asked for my thoughts to make sure that is what I wanted. Once the plan was set he stated the cost and I approved. Even though a few items were changed as the job progress the quote price held firm. I have had Anderson Plumbing Heating And Air do work for me about 4 or 5 times before and was satisfied each time, I must say that Ken was the best yet. Ken worked throughout until the job was done to my satisfaction.

When I had a plumbing emergency (leaking water line) I called a plumber like anybody would. But my first contact with a well know company informed me they don't serve my area (Ramona). I then called Anderson Plumbing and received a comforting greeting " Hello, this is ......, how can I make you smile today?" I instantly felt my problem was going to be taken care of. I explained the situation and help was on the way. The tech showed in the time frame promised and the job was completed. I opted to sign up for the VIP membership which I'm glad I did. My next call to Anderson Plumbing wasn't that far into the future. New Year's Eve day and with guests staying at the house my toilet and tub drains all backed up. Despite my own efforts to clear the problem I was going to need professional help. I called Anderson Plumbing and heard the same comforting voice/greeting. James came on a call for my water heater. He went out of his way to repair/replace a part on the water heater I had, but it wasn't fixable. He then worked to get me a good deal on a replacement - with a good warranty with Anderson.

I recently bought my condo and was almost done moving my stuff in when over a couple days where I wasn't there my bathroom flooded out into my living room and dining room. I apparently had a slab leak. I had never heard of that til now. I had some other problems with water pressure and other random things. Jerry J. from Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air came out and checked everything out and explained it all to me in the friendliest way. When you're house floods and you have giant holes in your walls from the drying machines and you brand new flooring gets ripped out, you're not a reasonable, calm person. Jerry was great in explaining everything to me and made me feel better that it wasn't the end of the world and he was confident that he could get it all back to normal.
I had a different company in my home doing the dry out and patching my dry wall and boy, did they leave a mess behind. Jerry and his assistant George surprised me with how everything was cleaned up when they left. I expected a compete disaster and to be irritated that I'd have to sweep up after, but nope! No mess at all! They double and triple checked everything to make sure it was all working properly and I had no more problems. I was very impressed with how thoroughly the final check was conducted. Jerry made sure that I was completely happy with the work they did and explained to me other offers and work that Anderson does. Not once did I feel any sort of upsell or push for things that I didn't need. Thats what I'm always afraid of. Especially since I don't know a thing about plumbing. But not a problem with that at all. Honest, good people!
As with anything plumbing related, it's gonna cost a bunch. Thats just a fact of life. I had my hot and cold water rerouted. I came home in the middle of the day and saw what actual work goes into that job. Its not something that looked fun at all. For me, I felt that I got my moneys worth in the level of attention and care from Jerry and the entire company. I'm a new homeowner whos only experience with fix it things is "CALL DAD!" I'm glad I got my first home nightmare out of the way early. I am also SO glad that there are good companies with good people working for them still. I recommend Anderson and Jerry to everyone I talk to. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Hopefully for less disastrous things, but if something else crazy happens, I'm not worried about what kind of service I'll get.
