Jarrad replaced my thermostat with the most expensive replacement, $423, when he should have presented a less expensive one that was designed to meet our simple needs. Our plumber, Ken, was experienced, friendly, courteous, and patient in explaining the plumbing situation and options. I ended up being his last call on a Friday night, but he was still energetic and willing to do a thorough job. I did not feel at all that he was rushing to get home and call it a night. Very happy with the speed of response, friendliness of the of the scheduler, and the professionalism of the technician (Ken) sent to take care of my leak. This is the second time we've needed a plumber due to a water leak/failing pressure regulator in about a 5 year span, and Anderson has done well for us both times. Professional, Friendly, Honest, Dependable. Service completed quickly. Work requirements were explained. Workers used shoe covers; cleaned up everything after fixing my furnace and respected my home. Sabra was very helpful in setting up my appointment for an Angie's List Big Deal after Angie's List failed to inform Anderson's that I had purchased the furnace tuneup: she got me into their schedule as quickly as possible.

I have had Anderson Plumbing and Heating a couple of times these past years. They have promptly checked out the problem and got straight to work. It was explained what was going to be done and the work was done in no time. The technician was very neat and cleaned up after himself. When going out of the house to his truck, he put on some slippers to protect my carpet and I was very glad of that because I had just had the carpet cleaned. I am so grateful to be able to do laundry and the use of my dishwasher now. Drainage was a real problem and it was fixed!!! 12/05/13 |

The technician was very good. He had to walk across the house a number of times to make sure every thing was running right from the kitchen to the laundry room. He used the pink booties every time he came into my house. He needed to get some things out of his truck and returned and put the booties back on each time. Highly recommended because of their wonderful customer service, quick attention and clean and knowledgeable plumbers! I desperately needed attention for a clogged kitchen sink on Thanksgiving, called our home warranty company and they sent a group that couldn't fix the clog but wanted to chop a hole in our wall to access the pipe AND he left a terrible dirty mess. We called Anderson and John came the same day, fixed the clog quickly and with a great attitude! Not only that, but he was very clean as he worked and cleaned up the mess left by the other company! Have used Anderson Plumbing before and was very satisfied with the service. I was actually thinking I was lucky with the serviceman who came out before, so when our water heater quit working "AGAIN", I called the office and requested the same tech. we had as he was familiar with our unit. This was about 4pm. The office took the call and she said she would call him and see what his availability was. She called back in about 10 minutes and said he wasn't available but she could have another tech. named "Brooks" come out between 4:30 & 5:00. He showed up @ 4:30. He confirmed for me that the unit was toast and recommend replacement with a different unit (saving us about $1,100). He had another unit right on his truck. He got to work and actually finished ( in the dark ) about 7:00 pm. I was very impressed !! If we follow through with out plans to remodel our kitchen next year, I will not hesitate to call Anderson out to do the plumbing work. It's often hard to find good service people and when you do, you hang onto them. I would never hesitate to recommend Anderson to anyone, including family and friends. Thank you Anderson! Jerry and Jesse were very professional and completed my job very quickly. I had some questions about my main shut-off valve, and Jerry was able to provide a quote for replacement of that valve very easily, so I know how much that will cost.

I had a leaking hose bib and Jerry and Jesse were the two technicians who came to replace it. Both of them were very professional and Jerry replaced the hose bib with no problems. He also investigated my main water shutoff valve because it is a very old gate valve,and its reliability is questionable.
I will call Anderson Plumbing for a replacement of that valve.
Sabra was the person who called me saying that Jerry and Jesse were on their way. The only thing was that she said they would be at my house in 40 min, but they were actually there much sooner, so they had to wait about 15 min while I drove home from work.
I like the "way low "Wednesday" rates, and I try to schedule appointments on Wednesdays.
