On the Thursday before Labor Day weekend, our A/C starting making a screeching sound. We were in the midst of an unprecedented heat wave with high humidity. I called the company that installed and has done the maintenance on our A/C. Their customer service lacked, and they were not available until the following week.
I asked our neighbor for a recommendation for another company, and he recommended Anderson. I called, and the CSR on the phone was super friendly and helpful. She had someone out that afternoon, Jarred. He checked the system out & determined it needed a new fan motor which, in our case, was something that needed to be from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, it was not a part Anderson kept in stock. Jarred was supposed to be off the next day, Friday, but he said he'd call the supplier they use for this sort of thing and call me if it was in stock. He called me Friday morning after having confirmation the supplier had the part. He was here by mid-morning, and our A/C was completely repaired and up and running more efficiently and quietly than ever. He also replaced some other parts that were going out. Jarred worked on his day off for hours in the sweltering heat to keep us cool for the long weekend.
I have already switched to Anderson's maintenance plan for our A/C and furnace because of the outstanding customer service we received from Jarred and the office staff.

Very easy to schedule my appt. and Ruben offered good advice regarding options for extending my existing gas line. He went through the multitude of things wrong with my HVA system and fixed every one of them with sweat running down his face. I discovered a slight leak from one of the Toto toilet tank bolts. I originally planned on having the person who installed my toilet do the repair, but he was not available. I noted online what needed to be done (remove tank & bolts, sandpaper the hole, replace)the cost of the bolt and gasket kit online, $8.55. I figured, how much more costly could it be for another plumber? Incidently, since the plumber would be there, I asked to have my under-the-sink filter changed out, which I already had purchased. Evidently, the plumber took a look at me and thought "old and dumb". I was quoted $657. After his "outside call to his manager" the price was reduced. $464 for $8.55 material and 1-1/4 hour service. I was quoted between $99 - $269 for the job. I ended up being told that $269 would be worst case scenario. The job took 15 min to do. Do you guys charge $1000/hr? The phone support said it would be 269.00 if pipes needed to be taken apart. The tech unscrewed 2 screws. Seems like I was way over charged. Anderson Plumbing has always been a positive experience for me and my family. Last week my hot water heater went out and they were able to come out within a couple hours to inspect. Jose was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I wouldn't recommend anyone else after the service he provided. He made sure that we understood all the positives and negatives of going with a tankless water heater and did not try to sell us on anything extra. He told us everything that was available and let us make the decision based on our budget. He also made recommendations on other areas within the garage which were very helpful. He re-piped our hot/cold and drainage system at no extra cost. He really did go above and beyond in my opinion. The process was very quick, clean and I was informed the whole way. Had someone come out to fix a water leak; he was fast and courteous. The following week we needed to check leaking a/c compressor. Guy did not even attempt to open unit to look at issue. Just told us we needed a new unit because our's was old, and provided a couple quotes. Both of which were $2-$3 thousand more than other quotes received. I have been using ASI Hastings for a few years but the last time I used them to do my yearly A/C tune up they rushed through and just tried to upsell me a bunch of VERY expensive repairs that I didn't need. So anyway...I decided to buy and install one of these NEST thermostats...I had trouble installing it and my A/C would no longer work. So I called ASI and the blew me off saying they don't work with NEST's and they couldn't send anyone out anyway until the next day. So I called Anderson and they were very nice on the phone and agreed to send someone out that day. So about an hour later Jerrad called from Anderson and walked me through the problem over the phone and as it turns out I had blown a fuse on the circuit board for the A/C and he walked me through the repair, told me how to install the NEST and said to call him back when I had done it to let him know it was fixed or if I had any other problems. I did the repair and it worked fine. He did all this for free. The fuse cost $3.00...now this impressed me. So a few day later when we noticed water leaking slowly from the bottom of the cabinet where the A/C is located I called Anderson and told them I would like Jerrad to come out. Jerrad was there in about 2 hours. Took a look at the A/C unit and diagnosed the problem. It was a rather involved repair but he was meticulous in his work and very helpful in explaining why this was needed. I placed an emergency call to Andersons on Sunday, to fix a situation that required my turning off the water at the main. The person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous, which I appreciated as I was very anxious. Bernard the technician arrived in a timely fashion. He has a very professional demeanor, and is extremely personable - my Yellow Lab adored him. He put me at ease immediately, and after a thorough assessment of the problem, he explained exactly how he was going to fix it and what the costs would be. Bernard worked with great efficiency and within a relatively short period of time, the work was completed and thoroughly tested. The cost was quite reasonable and the work of high quality. The best experience EVER. Jarred H showed up on a Sunday. CHecked my air conditioner which was blowing warm air. Replaced the part and told me it was still under warranty from 4 years ago!!!! Refused to charge me anything and would not even take a tip (that I tried to force on him). It could not get any better than that.
