The quoted price jumped from 99 to 350 dollars when the technician arrived. No work was completed. He stated that the girl in the office was "new". Never again will I call Anderson. 06/26/13 |

I'm pretty annoyed about the price that I paid for the service- I really feel hoodwinked by the way the billing is structured. Not knowing cost of parts and labor, instead having "levels", obscures the actual cost of the work. I'm basically forced into buying an extended service contract- because it is included (probably why the cost is so high). I didn't realize all of this until after the work was done, when I saw the way it was presented on the bill. For these reasons, I would advise AGAINST friends using this service, if they asked my opinion. 06/25/13 |

Unfortunately your price was way off the mark. Your quote of $467.00 was highway robbery. All that needed to be done was sweat off a gate valve and sweat on 3 3/4 caps. I would have thought that a woman owned business would not be in the business of ripping off women. I will never do business with your company, and any recommendations if asked will be negative. At most there was less than 1 hour of work needed for 1 technician.

They guy walks in and the fist thing he does is to give us the impression that he can't do much about it, and if you we have maps for the air duct connections! I just wanted to thank you all for sending Javier C. out to my home about a week ago to evaluate my AC system. He really knows his business, and acts in a professional manner, without pressure to 'sell' on the spot.
I am not able to replace my A/C right at this moment, but when the time comes, I will certainly chose Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air. You have all been professional, and kept me informed about changes in the scheduling etc...and I am pleased that I finally got a staff member who knew both the technical aspects of HVAC systems as well as the 'sales' side. It makes a big difference , and I believe that other consumers would appreciate that mix of skills , especially when it comes to considering a new unit.

Jerrad H is awesome! My air conditioner and heating unit had an issue and it took several weeks and multiple trips to resolve it to due specific parts being needed. Jerrad was very professional and showed up on time every time to continue working on it until it was resolved. He continually checked in to let us know what the status was and what needed to happen next.
