I had requested a relocation of a Navien Tankless Waterheater due to noise. (Placed in my garage). Technicians Victor Jimenez and George Perez were dispatched to do the work and I was very impressed with their friendly, courteous and professional demeanor. They both seemed well versed with the system, its operation, and how to best resolve the issue. They both went right to work to do the job in an expeditious manner and left the premises clean. I had an air condition consult two weeks ago for a bid on an air conditioning install. I was told I would receive a quote and a week later I had to call to ask for the quote. The kind woman that answered the call said she would remind the manager to provide me the quote. It's been a week and have yet to receive the quote. 05/30/13 |

initially, i had your plumber go to our rental for a leaking toilet. he arrived 30 minutes after the time he promised to be there.there was no diagnosis, even though he charged a fee. He replaced the guts in the tank for more than i thought the job was worth ($269). when I asked about the water line into the tank, he quoted another $177, so i did not have him do it. I called your company for a follow-up, under the warranty, when the tenant complained that the toilet did not flush properly. your plumber called me to say that there was nothing wrong with the work he had completed and that i needed a new toilet. My issue is that he never tested the toilet before doing the work and is now stating that the toilet should be replaced! i expected better, since you are a referral from my brother. 05/29/13 |

First I was very pleased to find a company that would come and do a diagnostic evaluation for $68. I almost paid $139 for a different co. Then after turning on our AC, your repairman diagnosed the problem within 10 seconds and the noise we heard went away. Because he was only here for 3-4 minutes, he didn't charge us the $68 which was so appreciative. Many companies would have billed us just for showing up. 05/22/13 |

Javier arrived early to clean our AC evaporator and did an excellent job. He was very friendly and proved to be a very skilled and knowledgeable technician. All of the Anderson representatives from the appointment operators to the men digging up old pipe and replacing it as well as the drywall repair person provided me with the best service I could imagine. Although I hope not to need their assistance in the future I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone needing expert drain repair/replacement. I did a lot of research until I found an air conditioning company that was rated A by the Better Business Bureau. I was surprised at the poor reviews of other customers. I found Javier to be very knowledgeable. He replaced a thermostat and showed me how to run it (I've extremely non high tech). He also changed a line on my heater plus signed me up for a VIP membership. Granted, it was a little pricey, but it was worth it to have an air conditioner that works and when you live in El Cajon, CA, you definitely need an air conditioner that works. They will come out twice a year to do a maintenance check on both my a/c and heater and replace the filters. I think it was worth it and Javier was very nice and patient with me. I didn't have a problem with the service or the level of customer care - my only concern was that a single part to fix a leaky faucet cost over $250.00 but like my representative explained to me, "that's the cost of living or cost of repair nowadays for that type of problem". 05/09/13 |

We are so pleased that we have Anderson coming out to fix an air conditioning unit that broke late last summer. Javier Cano serviced all 5 of my air conditioning units on Friday and did a superior job. He made suggestions to improve the performance of them and to save me money on my SDG&E bill. Ricardo came to my apartment today (Sunday) and he was great!! He was professional and courteous even as all my neighbors continued to hound him on when the water would be turned on (I had to turn it off as water was spreading in my apartment) He explained pricing up front and continued to work hard until he eventually found a delicious pink and black thong one of my intelligent neighbors flushed down the toilet.
