Technician came promptly to do camera inspection. He had to inform us of the bad news that we had a pretty serious problem. It was of course upsetting to my husband and me, but Miguel spoke to us calmly and politely and never pressured us to do something we didn't fully understand. No more cold showers The new tankless water heater I had installed is awesome and the Flow-Tech Home water softener alternative is fantastic (totally works like a softener without the salt or slimmy feel). The technicians were great, the office staff was completely helpful in getting me what I needed to take care of the tax credit stuff and best of all, my shower is still warm even after four loads of laundry and three kids showering before me. Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air did a great job to replace my water heater. I googled and they were # 2 on my list to call. The customer service was friendly and very helpful, quite different from the first company I called. They dispatched a technician the same day to my house. Jose C reviewed the situation and explained everything in lay terms so I can pick the right replacement heater at a reasonable cost. Jose was very efficient, moved around the stuff in the garage and cleaned up everything behind him. He performed a temporary setup so we could use hot water while the permanent area dries up and came back to finish the job on time. He also explained payment options. The office staff is always curteous and available when I call. I am impressed by this company\'s excellent customer service, pricing and quality. They fully deserve a five star rating. I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing, and in particular Pete G. We needed a new water heater and Pete did excellent work with installing the new one, explaining its features, and improving the routing of the drain pipes. He was always on time, very courteous, explained things thoroughly, and worked very efficiently and professionally. We previously had Anderson Heating & Air do work on our air conditioner, were very pleased with the work they did, and so decided to call them first for our water heater. Pete with Anderson Plumbing left us even more impressed with the company. I highly trust their work, and would go back to them and Pete for their outstanding service!

Anderson Plumbing is the only plumbing company we will ever use as long as we live in the San Diego area. Justin A. has now helped us with a leaky pipe under the sink, installing a tankless hot water heater, repairing a leaky hot water pipe underneath the foundation of our home, installing a whole house water filter, and fixing a toilet. He is extremely professional, prompt, courteous, explains everything clearly, and best of all his work is always top-notch and he fixes the problems every time. We have had horrible experiences with plumbers from other companies in the past, so it is a relief to have a plumber who actually knows what he is doing and does it very well. Brooks was great; he worked with my husband in finding our plumbing leak, explained what needed to be done. He told us what we needed to do to get the most most of his repair and told us to call back if he had any questions. He also checked on a couple of other repairs that we need to have done in the future and offered suggestions. We also like the idea of Anderson\'s VIP customer and signed up for that. Anderson Plumbing was great. I had hired another large San Diego plumbing company to work on my plumbing issue and their plumber left me in a worse situation than when I started. Anderson Plumbing was nice from the moment I called, I was treated as valued customer instead of the check I was going to write. Anderson\'s plumber Pete was nice and knowledgable. Michael Rojas was the plumber who helped me with my leaking water heater. I found him to be a very courteous young man. He explained the problems that the water heater cause and outlined the procedures of drying the wall boards, rebuilding the damage walls, and finally how the water heater was to be installed. I enjoyed talking with him and would recommend as a first rate plumber along with Adnerson Plumbing. On Monday November 15, 2011 my tenant called me to tell me that SDG&E had turned of my gas meter and locked it do to a slight gas leak. The long short of it meant it was going to cost me a lot of time and MONEY to fix the problem. I called Anderson plumbing and heating to come out and help me with this situation. Anderson sent technician Brooks Sitko out to my property. Little did Brooks know that my wife and I were going to have a baby either in the next hour or next day but I was on edge and very frustrated because the timing of this gas leak could have come at a worse time possible. When Brooks told me how much it might cost I completely lost my mind. I could\'nt deal with it at the time because i was having a nervous break down that I left my wife alone while having contractions. I explained to Brooks to please help me and work with me because i could not afford to re-pipe the entire unit. Brooks got to work and told me that he would do everything he could to help me and assured me that he would be able to fix the leak. He also went out of his way to call his boss to ask if Anderson Heating and Plumbing if they could give me a little financial reprieve. The great news is they did! Brooks spent most of the night working to find the leak. He would find a leak and fix it and yet he would find more leaks. As the hours were passing Brooks asked for assistance and he and his assistant worked into the late hours. Brooks did everything he could to get the gas turned back on. He also was fantastic about informing me what the next steps were going to be. While Brooks was working hard on my property my wife and I had our new born the next early morning. I told Brooks that I would\'nt be around for the next couple of days and he assured me that everything was being handled. He was right! Not only did he handle the gas leak, he kept me informed by contacting me to explain what the next day would bring. I can\'t describe how much I appreciate Brooks Sitko. I just wish there were more people like him and Anderson Heating and Plumbing.

The technician, Fernando, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, competent, and efficient. He had insight into repairs and preventive measures that were provided clearly. We chose Anderson for the second time in a couple months because they were outstanding the first time around. We specifically asked for Justin Arnett again because he took such excellent care of us the first time. He followed all of the company protocol and was very polite, respectful and prompt. He was completely knowledgeable about all aspects of the job and gave very good advice on how to care for the product. We received a bid for the service which at the end of the job was exactly as stated. No surprises. This is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly company to deal with. I noticed a leak under our 26 year old water heater. I had work accomplished by Justin with Anderson Plumbing in the recent past. He was the first one I thought of to fix the problem. I called him at 0800 this morning and he was at my house in short order with a new water heater. My houshold was back functioning in a couple of hours. I trust Justin in my house. He is certainly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have no doubt in my mind that I will call him again and I shall reccommend him and Anderson Plumbing to my friends/neighbors. Yet another big plumbing issue---the pressure regulator--and we were dreading dealing with it. I read online reviews/recommendations, then called 3 companies. Anderson wasn\'t the cheapest, but Michael Rojas made all the difference in the world. His professionalism, helpfulness, and efficiency were far more important to us than a few $$.
I just wish all service providers/technicians would make us feel this good about a job well done.

Ryan M (Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air) has consistently been a model technician, and from a customer\'s point of view, an excellent company employee in every way (professional, experienced, friendly, courteous, respectful, quick, thorough, neat, and thorough in follow up). His demeanor and skill embodies the company\'s caring and professional attitude in fulfilling customer needs in this arena in a timely manner. If I owned a business, I would want him for an employee. Regarding overall company service, a customer could not expect more. From point of first contact to the last (setting appointments, follow up reminder calls, pre-arrival notifications, etc), all company personnel seem to have good training with natural positive and helpful attitudes. From quality professional technicians to great customer service, this company offers all that a customer could want.
