Everyone was friendly, knowledgable, and punctual. They were all good communicators and didn't mind answering my million questions. They completed all the plumbing repairs that were in the contract, then started fixing items that weren't mentioned in the contract at all, just to "leave the job site better than they found it'. Ruben was very professional! He called before he initially came to let us know his estimated arrival time, and he came when he said. He explained things very clearly as to why we were having the plumbing difficulties, and he also clearly explained the proposed solution and the costs associated with it. He made all the repairs & changes rapidly and cleanly.

A experience. I had pipe start to leak about 1 month ago. Called Anderson Plumbing and they were able to get someone out to my house quickly. Chris B. fixed the leak and then recommended a whole home filter system to prevent future leaks. I called this week to have the system installed and they still honored the quote given to me from a month ago. We needed our kitchen faucet replaced as well as the angle stops. This is the second time using Anderson Plumbing and have been satisfied with the technician's service, once they arrive on site. We appreciate the thorough explanation of services and the flat fees without hourly labor rate, although the package deals still seemed a bit pricy.
Our technician James F. was really awesome. He went out of his way by offering to wait in front of our house, while my husband was stuck in traffic from work. He was very thorough and honest while explaining his work. Very professional, tidy and polite too.
However, on both occasions, it was challenging to schedule a prompt appointment and the communication with the office was not very clear. We haven't been completely satisfied with the scheduling and communications, but have been thoroughly satisfied with the technician's work. James F. 01/15/14 |

When you need a plumber, it is usually serious business and expense. Years of plumbing nightmares finally ended when I started using Anderson Plumbing. Alex G. is a great example of why they are the best choice: he was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, well informed about all aspects of plumbing, meticulous in my home, and a great listener. He not only provided me great value for the work I needed, but he provided clear information to help me make difficult choices. When I additionally asked about water filtration systems, he was a wealth of knowledge and left me with literature and common sense recommendations. What a great experience! I was impressed throughout every step of the experience. I filled out an online request for an appointment on Sunday, Monday at 8:30am I received a call to schedule an appointment. during the scheduling I was informed about Anderson Plumbing Co. I felt comfort right away in my selection, My appointment was book the next day. I received a call 1/2 hour before arrival and they were right on time. The tech James was knowledgeable and professional. He discovered the source of leak within 5 min, and completed the faucet replacement in 45min. I had a video inspection done yesterday by William Chappell. He did an excellent job. He explained the problem very clearly and informed me that the city, to the best of his knowledge, is responsible for the repair. He contacted the city on my behalf. They are coming today to inspect the problem. I was overwhelmed by the honesty of William on behalf of his employer. Someone else not as knowledgeable may have proceed to repair it when it apparently is not my financial responsibility. Parts and Labor are fixed charges - about twice what it would cost if you bought parts at retail and did the labor yourself. However, I don't cut corners with plumbing or electricity - both areas cause lots of damage when things go wrong. If you do the work yourself you void your Home Owners Insurance.
