Fantastic experience. Phone operators were very calm and professional, and from the initial phone call, to receiving an On-Site Tech was extremely quick and worked around my schedule. Reggie was the Tech from Anderson's, and did a fantastic job of going through all of our options, and explained everything thoroughly after the job was completed. I have been a loyal customer of Anderson Plumbing for over 20 years and that is why I have a 5-star review. Reggie D was the technician today and he is excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever about him.
I do have a complaint about the timing of today's visit. I was told to expect them between 8-12. I was called at about 11:30 to say that they were running late. They arrived at about 1:00PM. My time is valuable. For me to have a 5 hour waiting time is tough. Reggie D. 02/16/18 |

I had a leak on the valve on my toilet. Reggie from Anderson came by and gave me options as well as inspected all the plumbing in my condo. He was very friendly and did great work. He replaced valves and internal parts on both of my toilets. He also replaced a leaking kitchen faucet for me. Anderson's quick response and service were great! I felt that prices were a bit high though but sometimes you get what you pay for if you go cheap.

I called Anderson because my furnace was not lighting. CJ came out and helped repair it. He figured out the problem right away and went to get the parts and returned and repaired it. He was efficient, knowledgable and personable.
While he was here he introduced us to a product called the air scrubber because he noticed I was suffering from allergies. We had it on all night and it seems to have helped my allergies. I was grateful to CJ for introducing me to this product.

When we needed to purchase a new hearing & air unit, plus have major work on our ducts, we received estimates from 3 companies. We went with Anderson because we discovered they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and the customer service is amazing. Today was our one-year service maintenance and Technician CJ Barber told me about the "air scrubber" system which kills tons of viruses, bacteria, mold, you name it. It was very low cost and he installed it immediately. Literally we can feel a difference in the air and it was just installed about an hour ago. Great service. PS.
