He also instructed me on the proper procedure, should I smell "gas" near the heater. He was thorough in the inspection and provided me with sound safety information. Justin B was phenomenal. I truly appreciate his professionalism and taking time to explain to me what was causing the humming in my pipes. Which was the water regulator. Ever since you and your team came to educate me on the best system for my home and ever since the installation and ever since the yearly maintenance visits, I continue to be 100% satisfied with your employees and your service.
Johnny Castro was the latest, greatest employee to assist in keeping my system in tip top shape. John took the time to explain what he was planning to do and what each step would entail. He made sure I was aware of his progress and the timeframe to complete the job. He took the time to put those cute pink booties on each and every time he stepped foot into the house. And, poor guy, he stayed cheerful in spite of the system being underneath the house!
I would recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air every time...and yes I've used the plumbing side too! Thanks for everything Team Anderson.

Your employees: RaulM./ was very efficient in performing recommended maintenance on ac as well as on furnace and giving us complete details with care and concern about each unit without being pushy.
Eden Tekla provided us with multiple price options to select from and took the time to explain each option in an easy an understanding manner including costs as well as providing finance information
Zachary, Brian an Johnny installed the units with efficiency and cleaned up after themselves taking away all the old materials as well as the trash and left everything clean and neat.
William removed all the old duct work and performed this task in a very professional manner and cleaned up after himself also.
We were very pleased with the units installed as well as with each person that was assigned to the team to make sure the AC and the Furnace was installed correctly and worked efficiently before leaving the premises. We were definitely WOWED by your team!!! Thanks for a Job Well Done 12/16/17 |

Job well done!
In July Raul performed maintenance service on AC. At that time he told us that there were costly repairs needed and we might consider purchasing a new AC. He preformed the necessary maintenance required for us to use AC and informed us to wait until he did maintenance service on furnace in December to see what it detailed. When he did maintenance service on furnace he showed us pictures of wear and tear and cracks and recommended we not use furnace for safety reasons. He explained thoroughly why we should consider a new furnace as well as a new AC unit since they were 20 years old. He asked if we would like someone to come and discuss details and estimate of these costs. We told him to set it up. When the appointment was made Raul called to make sure person was at our home an even asked if it was okay for him to stop by as well. Junior A. is one of those people who really knows what they're doing and knows how to take care of his clients. He was extremely proficient with the technical aspects of the repairs and maintenance that goes into servicing our home. His attention to detail and quality that goes into his service is second to none and is the reason why I specifically request for him to come out and service our unit.
