I would like to tell you about the wonderful HVAC Install Technician, Samson Hernandez. Samson was one of two gentlemen who installed my central heat and air unit. I found Samson to be very professional, extremely hard working, very understanding and patient with my questions, in addition to being in the sun installing the condensing unit and all that goes into that. His work is meticulous and the look is clean and finished. I was so impressed with Samson and, his partner, Pauly's work ethic. They work like a fine oiled machine! What a team!

What an excellent experience dealing with Ricardo S. He was prompt and professional during our trying sewage problem. Ricardo took the time to discuss our situation, and then proceeded to show and relate what was happening under our slab foundation. After the camera inspection we discussed options for repair. There was no upsell, no pressure to sign paperwork right away. Ricardo gave multiple ways to solve our issue with varying levels of cost. I must tell you about one of the gentlemen that installed my central air and heat.
Pauly Luna (HVAC Install Technician). He was professional, detail oriented and very hard working. Pauly was so patient and answered all my questions.
I had to have all new ducting installed throughout my home. Pauly was inside my walls, up in the attic, in the garage, and in my packed storage area. You could tell he took pride in his work! He also asked if I would like pictures in the attic and walls so I could see all the work that was done out of my view, amazing!

Dave G. has made me a WOW customer. Service is a big thing for me and as a homeowner, a huge fear is being sold unnecessary services and/or being taken advantage of. Dave started off by introducing himself, wearing booties to protect my home and then took me around ‘let me show you’, while checking out the issues I wanted checked. He explained how things work, and based on his vast experience what things go wrong on average. My main concern was a clogged kitchen sink, but in an older house you know there will be more. He made several recommendations and provided quotes, but I was only going to be able to take advantage of a few items. One item (water pressure thingamabob) was really expense, but Dave explained that if I did one thing in addition to the clogged sink it would be this item. I asked, “what if it doesn’t fix the issues you think it will?”, he said “then it’ll be free”. Ok, that is someone who is either very cocky or really knows their business. Either way, I can’t lose because either the problem is fixed or I don’t have to pay. I told him to do it. After it was done, he took me to every faucet to see that the water volume which previously seemed like a trickle (it took 2 snoozes or 18-20 mins to fill the bath tub), now took less than half the time. The faucets are full streams of water. I turned on my sprinklers this morning and the water which I hadn’t realized over time were getting lower and lower in volume were now shooting water out high. Each time I turn on a faucet or do anything that has to do with water I am happy because the one thing Dave recommended has had such a huge difference in how my home works and instead of regretting the money spent, I’m reminded anew that it was well worth it. Dave gave me a list of other things that he recommended and having proven that he isn’t just in this business to make money, but to help customers achieve satisfaction with their properties, I’m a WOW customer and I will definitely come back to Anderson. Dave told me he works for this business because his work ethic is shared and valued by his company and that’s how their business works. It’s one thing to say you want to WOW customers (everyone says it), but to find a company that truly believes and does what it takes to ensure it happens is much rarer. I will be back. I was one of the very fortunate recipients of the Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air giveaway. I won a new garbage disposal which included installation. For that I would like to say thank you so very very much.
Matt K. just installed my new garbage disposal. What a terrific young man he is. He was very professional, personable and did great job with the installation going above and beyond. I have a water filtration system and the rack with the cartridges was in the way. Matt was so kind to move them and reattach them.
His work was great . I think Matt must be a very valuable employee.

My sister recommended me to Anderson’s. She is redoing an older house with lots of problems and they have saved her insanity countless times this last year. I live in a newer community and I wanted to get my system checked out just to fine tune it before the summer comes. Service Technician, CARLOS CASTILLO, was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable about every in and out of his job. My husband and I learned a lot from him. Because Mr. Castillo made us feel at ease about our system and the things that needed to be done, we will be purchasing their VIP membership. Annual Furnace Tune-Up
I recently called to request a tune-up for our one-year-ole furnace. Anderson's sent technician Mike Gaskill to our home. Mike arrived right on time, and was very professional throughout his visit. He was very thorough about checking the efficiency of our heating system and the new duct system. He answered all of our questions and gave us valuable recommendations on how to use the system and maintain it in optimal working condition. He gave us quite an education! He demonstrated himself to be extremely knowledgeable and he had excellent customer service.

Fernando came out to repair a leaky bathtub faucet. He quickly corrected the ongoing problem that I'd had with my home warranty company.(NOT connected in any way with Anderson PHA). He did such a quick repair and kept me informed with every step, that I asked him for a quote on a tankless water heater. He listened and answered all my questions. Since my water heater was on it's last leg, I went with the tankless water heater he recommended. He showed up the next morning with his partner. He showed me the same courtesy as the day before. Our water heater started leaking around noon. After shutting it off and draining the water, I searched for a plumber who could install a replacement, and came across Anderson. They were very friendly on the phone and just two hours later Ron arrived with a replacement unit already on his truck. A master plumber, he did an excellent job installing the new heater, hooking it up, and leaving the area clean. He and I had both lived near Denver previously, so we even had a pleasant chat while he worked. Only time will tell whether the new water heater will outlive its 10-yr warranty, but I can say for certain that the service we received from Anderson was outstanding. Ron M. 03/22/18 |
