Bryan and his team cleaned and sanitized our air ducts and he also did a little work on our air conditioning unit to help it run more efficiently. He was super friendly and respectful and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him and Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air.
Brian fixed a leaky shower handle for us, flushed our water heater, and tried to help with a "mystery smell". He was so nice and thoughtful and really did everything he could to try to pin point the cause of the smell (that of course wasn't showing when he was there). He flushed the water heater in hopes it would help and it has helped a lot. It's still there a little, but the fact that it helped means he was right about it being the water heater that is probably on it's last legs. As for the leaking shower, he did an amazing job and it works beautifully now. Brian B. 11/24/17 |

This is a review for Jamar S. with Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. I usually am not one to leave reviews but, in short, this was one of the BEST experiences we have had with any service provider, of any kind, ever. The day before Thanksgiving, our very old water heater began to leak in our garage, damaging some drywall and running across the floor. We had family in town and were hosting dinner the next day. Anderson had Jamar out right away. Jamar needed to completely remove the old water heater, pick up a correct one to fit our unit space and redo the entirely piping. Our old valves were broken and we were missing a pan and water escape entirely. This also required trips to the store so he could get the correct pieces. It was a big job and unexpected, but he worked non stop for 8 hours until our garage was completely clean from the leak and our new water heater was well installed with safer, newer piping as well. He then walked me through how to work our new water heater and set up a safety net for possible future issues. He did this all while we had family in and out of the house for the holiday. We are so very thankful to Anderson's and to Jamar for the quick response and very hard work during a major holiday. Jamar was very professional and kind and we feel at ease with our new and improved water heater. Vito R completed by heating unit maintenance. He was professionally friendly, competent, and went out of his way to service my unit. When a bulb was burnt out he went to the office to get a new bulb. When it was not the correct one (out of his control), he returned early the next morning and completed the job. I recommend Vito and this company to anyone. We chose Anderson over two other well-known and respected vendors. We had a great experience from start to finish. Sal V and his colleague, MacKinly arrived on Friday morning to install a new heater. They were both extremely polite and professional. They wore uniforms and proper safety gear. They protected our floors and stairs with heavy duty drop cloths and mats, had all their supplies and tools, and worked quietly and efficiently for the next few hours. They worked cooperatively together in a smooth, friendly manner. They did not play their own music, engage in loud small-talk, or eat inside the house. They explained how the system worked and how to program the thermostat. They finished sooner than we expected. They cleaned up every speck of dirt and material. My furnace quit working. I contacted Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air and they scheduled an appointment. I not only got the installation of the furnace ahead of schedule due to a cancellation; but was also given very courteous, professional and informative service from both Sal V. and Mackinly M. C.J. ****** responded to our call for a NEST thermostat outage on our Goodman Heating & AC systems. We were without heat and household temperature was in mid 60's F. Within 5 minutes of arriving C.J. had diagnosed the problem and had the system up & running. With his thoroughness & expertise he checked out all the switches & connections which control our system and ran both our furnace & AC systems , checking both on repeated thermostat on/off checkouts to ensure reliable function. Once satisfied he reset everything and left all in perfect working order. As VIP service contract customers of Anderson PHA there were no charges to us except 1/2 ($34) the cost of a service call. Poor Miguel was apparently placed in the role of salesman. He wanted to inspect the plumbing in my entire house, even though he was here to flush my tankless water heater. He tried to sell me a variety of expensive options, insisting "I'm only doing my job" when I resisted.
