Mike G couldn’t have been more helpful.
When he discovered, by going into the crawlspace, that the only solution to our situation was a new thermostat he called back to the office. After a five or 10 minutes search he was told that there were none available and we would have to wait until Monday.
Mike told me he would go out to the warehouse and see if he could find one.
At this point in time I figured the problem would be solved on Monday and he was really going to go to another call.
I could not have been more wrong, he returned in 20 minutes with thermostat in hand and solved our problem.

Joe and Brent were a top HVAC Install Technician team! They installed a new furnace and replaced the old duct work in our attic in just 2 days. They removed the old furnace and all the old ducting leaving everything clean with no problem. They were true PROS! To prove that they do quality work, Green Way the third party inspector just checked their work and all passed with flying colors according to CA state standards!

Magil Duran is an extraordinary HVAC Project Manager. He has top customer service skills through his thorough knowledge about furnaces and duct work replacements in comparison with a competitive company the industry. Magil explained to me in simple layman terms how his company's duct work replacement work would differ. That explanation convinced me to go with Anderson because a competing firm did not bother to explain to me what I would be getting for my money. The furnaces offered by Anderson and the competitor were similarly priced, but I was getting an upgraded quality furnace from Anderson at about the same price. Anderson Plumbing just repiped and relined my drains. They finished yesterday, after a week of work. The head installer was Andres Garabito. He was punctual, hard working, diligent, patient, sensitive, and kind. There is quite a bit of inconvenience when your 60 years pipes go bad. Andres really rose to the occassion. Of course the job cost more than I would have liked, but I had no choice. I am just happy that a responsible company like Anderson was there to walk me through it.

Cost Excessive
I have a VIP account with Anderson for my rental and now wanted to use them for my personal residence. The people who came to my home were very professional, however I feel that over $1300.00 for a plumbing job that took less than one hour total was very excessive. I have done this type of work myself, and my son is a contractor and he agreed that it was excessive.
Again, the individuals who came to my home were incredibly knowledgable, professional, and courteous. I have also been very happy with the services provided for my HVAC system at my rental. Maria L., and Junior A. were fantastic.

Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air is absolutely fantastic, and with the help of technician Matt K., our DIY plumbing repair's disaster was averted and completed in record time. Matt came to our residence on an urgent call. Not only was he here in less than an hour, he understood what needed to be done on our compression valves so quickly it was uncanny. I absolutely believe a company's value is based on the expertise of its technicians, employees and overall service, and if I had to do it again, I would go with Anderson hands down.
