This is a great team. Andres is a superstar! I had extensive work jack-hammering bathroom floor and replacing sewer and drain lines. Work was fast, clean, professional and they went the extra mile to make sure every element was properly executed. Their extensive experience was evident. Michael arrived at my residence ahead of schedule and thoroughly provided me with a summary of everything he was going to do. I had requested an Air Conditioning Tune-up. I followed him through every step as he explained everything he was doing and why it was necessary, ensuring I understood the importance as well as providing me with the opportunity to ask questions. As it turned out, my AC unit's Freon gas supply was nearly depleted revealing the possibility of condenser tube leaks. He discussed options with me and helped me through the analysis of the best possible course of action. Michael's years of service as an HVAC Technician served me well. The repairs were costly, attributed mostly to the cost of Freon gas. I am okay with that. I would welcome his return to my residence for the final resolution of my AC problem (fix possible leaks) and for my next annual tune-up. Excellent service!
Eddie is a very personable young man. He did his job very efficiently and offered suggestions as to future service and improvements to the system a/c and furnace. The filter was changed and the system was tested. I was given a copy of the results.
You cannot go wrong using the Anderson company for all of your heating and A/C needs. I am sure Eddie is an example of other service techs that work for Anderson.

Your window of arrival leaves something to be desired. When you say you will be here after 12:00pm one would not expect this to mean almost at 5:00pm. Waiting all afternoon for a time after 12:00pm ties me to my house all afternoon and does not allow me the flexibility of doing other things that I would like to do. This does not reflect on your excellent service once here it reflects on your time vs the value of my time..... 05/16/18 |

Johnny Castro works for Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air. He came out to our home today for a scheduled service checkup on our HVAC system. What stood out to me about him was how cheerful he appeared. In his conversations with me he was very helpful in explaining the why’s and how’s of our hvac system. He explained the value of changing all filters every three months. Something I did not know. He also explained how we could improve our system with an Air Scrubble Plus system that would increase the quality of the air inside of our house. He was very helpful. He informed us without trying to sell something. I believe that Anderson has a valuable member of their team with Johnny Castro. I know I am a better informed client after his visit.

Sal was one of the installers for a new HVAC system in my home. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but a great person also. Mac was the second installer on the job and echoes my comments on Sal. Can’t say enough about both of them. The project went perfect. Everything cleaned up and completed on time.

Johnny Castro did a great job - again - for us. He came out to do our annual heater inspection back in Feb and was wonderful, and luckily he was the tech who came back to inspect and service our AC unit. He was prompt, friendly, professional and was able to explain everything he had done. As we all know almost everything is expensive. Matt from Anderson Plumbing made me feel like I got my monies worth. He had to replace a recirculation pump. He found one that met my requirements plus instead of just replacing the pump he reworked the plumbing around the tankless water heater to where it looks a lot cleaner.
