Positive. Anderson installed a liner inside of our rusted drain line several years ago. When the liner failed recently they came back and replaced the entire drain line with a new plastic pipe at no cost to me. Tim D. serviced my kitchen drain problem today. Like every Anderson Plumbing employee that I have worked with, Tim was exceptional. He was friendly, courteous, and explained what he needed to do. He took extreme care with his equipment to ensure that my hardwood floors were not harmed. He was so neat and clean, that when he completed the job, I would never have known he had been in the house if I hadn't been home. I just had my furnace and air conditioning unit replaced by Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air. My installer's name was Zachary Brock, and his assistant was Marcus. Zac was very professional, friendly, and was always happy to answer any questions. Both he and Marcus worked extremely well together and completed the install in a very timely manner. Some companies do the job and run like mad, and you never hear from them again. We have had two BIG jobs done with Anderson, and they always check with us to make sure our experience was the best. I am very pleased to recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptional. The staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. My first experience was with Justin who came to service my disposal. He did an excellent job and I was confident when I later scheduled to have him replace my water heater. Justin is very skilled and knowledgeable. He has a friendly manner and is able to explain all options and answer all questions thoroughly. Justin helped me to obtain the best deal and to use the credit I received from a previous service. When my water heater was installed Justin was assisted by Bethany who was also very professional and knowledgeable. I asked Bethany lots of questions, some of which I thought might be silly, but she patiently and knowledgeably answered each one. I felt very confident in her skills especially as I watched her performing her work. Both Justin and Bethany worked to make sure everything was done perfectly. We just had Anderson replace our heating system, and install a new AC system which had been removed by a previous owner. The existing system was pretty old. We probably could have shopped around and found a less expensive vendor, but we had had a good experience with Anderson a few years ago when they replaced our entire HVAC system at a previous home. (I'm as concerned about having a vendor who will stand behind their work as I am with price so, for me, any Anderson premium is worth it. In my experience, they are customer-focused and do stand behind their work.) John **** was the project manager, and very easy to work with. John is very professional and laid out several options for us -- from just doing maintenance, to replacing heat only (and making the system "AC ready") to replacing the entire system (with multiple options on full replacement at various price points and performance). At the end of the day, we decided to bite the bullet and just do a full replace/install. The replace/install job took three days (as advertised), and they put in a new HVAC system and replaced all the ducting. The install crew -- Samson and Pouly -- were exceptional...very professional, knowledgable, personable and respectful of being in our home. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. They had a "do the job right" mentality -- offering suggestions on adding a new intake to improve supply/flow and going the extra mile. For example, the re-ducting was complicated by some very strange roof lines and tight attic spaces. Honestly, they could have easily left old ducting in a few areas claiming it was not possible to access -- they didn't. They replaced everything. Compared to our previous heating experience, the new system is ridiculous -- all the "heating dead spots" are gone. It's like going from no system to a Class A system. When we detected some strange rattling the day after the install, Anderson sent out a tech that day to inspect. Felipe determined it was just a loose vent blade that he easily corrected. Then, he checked out other aspects of the system just to make sure everything was good -- he didn't need to do that, but did. Again, it was kind of a "make sure it's done right" mentality. So, that's my experience with Anderson. If I were replacing an HVAC system, i'd definitely get a bid from them. John B. 12/01/17 |

A technician was promptly dispatched to my residence to assess the problems. When the assessment was completed the technician gave me a full and detailed report. I agreed to allow Anderson to undertake the neccesssry work. They were able to start immediately. He, the technician worked arduously and completed the work in good time. I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air. I have been searching for a good plumber for several years. After using Anderson Plumbing, I know I will be sticking with this company only. This was the first time I called Anderson for my plumbing needs. Larry was able to come out the next day. He explained in detail how the drains worked, where problems might occur and offered suggestions on ways to extend the life of some of our new fixtures. Our plumbing problem is pretty extensive so he crawled under the house to identify the problem. We had to clean up the sewage spill and he was able to recommend a company to do it before they could repair the damage. Very good service. Ken Slater was professional and courteous. He stopped a leak on my outdoor spigot. He straightened a crooked toilet, both for free since they were easy fixes. Plumbing nightmare
I have a very long story, too much to write in a review. To start, I will say that sometimes 5 stars just is not enough. Eric was the plumber that helped me, and I would give him 10 stars if I could. I called Anderson Plumbing after attempts to fix my issue of very low water flow in the shower, hot side only, with my homeowners warranty insurance failed; two plumbers, weeks of waiting to find someone that could work on our tankless hot water unit, wrong diagnosis, and just plain apathy about our issue. When I called Anderson's plumbing, I spoke to Kevin, very pleasant, and several dispatchers, Nalani and Kimberly, kept me informed. As I said, Eric was dispatched to my condo, and he assessed the issue and felt that a service to my tankless water heater would solve the issue, and quickly performed the service. He also felt we needed a new PCV valve, and we had that installed. Eric was on time, pleasant, professional, cleaned up after himself and actually had on a clean uniform! So after the repairs, all seemed good! The problem returned as he was preparing to leave, and he was just as upset as we were! It is the end of the day, and he stayed another hour to try and figure it out. He called the manufacturer and discussed the issue, and they said it was a part that they would send out. Eric monitored the situation and the receipt of the part. He came again to install the part (no service call fee) for us. When he was done and we tested everything, it was not fixed even though the manufacturer stated it would. Eric got right on the phone with them and stated we needed to have this unit replaced and made sure it was done. He kept in touch with me as it took several days to effect all this. After the unit arrived, he came back to install it-Success! Eric did a great job, and was clear on pricing and what I would be getting.
In conclusion, while it took several attempts, he never gave up and walked away, he went above and beyond for us, and this situation was very frustrating and multi layered. Justin was professional and did a great job installing a new water heater. He explained in detail why we needed a new water heater, the features of the new water heater, and how much it would cost. He gave us three estimate for the water heater alone, and then the water heater and some plumbing work. He never forced the sale and we felt comfortable with him the whole way.
