The staff and technicians at Anderson Plumbing and Heating are top notch. Eduardo Alvarez was my tech. Eduardo showed up on time to service my furnace. He also checked out the A/C units for no additional charge. He was very polite and respectful, was careful to keep the area clean, and appeared to perform a through and professional inspection of my HVAC units. He explained what he was doing clearly and provided recommendations to keep the system working well. I'd like to have him and his team return to service my HVAC units any time. Eden Teklu, our HVAC Project Manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. We were replacing our original furnace (circa 1958) and had no idea where to start. Eden did a thorough inspection of our current unit and set up and provided us 4 options, with quotes, to help us in our decision making. We got quotes from other companies, but none beat Anderson's prices or even came close to the level of professionalism and knowledge Eden showed during the home visit. The cherry on top - you could tell Eden really loves her job. That is rare these days, but that alone inspired our confidence in choosing Anderson PHA for our new furnace install. I had a broken water heater and called Anderson as I had been impressed with their tv ads. They were polite helpful and although it was late in the afternoon, I had a visit from a very competent serviceman who did what needed to be done on that day in the dark. He returned the next day with a new heater that fit my space and spent a great deal of time and effort getting it just right and up to code, The bill was very fair and I am now a VIP customer for life. Magil Duran was extremely helpful during the sales process. He wasn't trying to push a fancy system on us. He told us about options that were the most suitable for our house.
We ended up moving forward with a heating and air system, and it was exactly what we needed. The installation process was also painless. Sal Velador and Mackinly Men came by and did a fantastic job. I called Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air to do a furnace inspection. Right after I scheduled the inspection, my thermostat stopped working (of course it was during the only cold snap we have had so far this winter). Johnny C. came out to do the inspection. He told me everything I could do to maintain my furnace, fixed my thermostat, gave me information about their VIP advantage membership (to maintain my furnace), gave me a quote on the work I needed, and DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE ME into ANYTHING today! This is gold to me. I am a single mom, a teacher, and can't spend thousands of dollars all at one time. My heater is working! I know what needs to be fixed soon, and I will definitely be calling Johnny C from Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air to do the repairs as soon as I can. Eric T. and his assistant Rob arrived on time and with exactly the right stuff to do my job: repalcing my water heater with a new tankless unit. Both Eric and Rob have a great work ethic and were very neat and clean with removal of the old tank and installing the new pipes and vents.
They informed me of a few visible connections that were close to failing and alerted me to them.
The entire installation went smoothly and I'm very impressed.

I called Anderson in because I was experiencing a problem with my HVAC system. CJ determined that the issue had been caused by the company that had installed the unit (not Anderson). I asked him a lot of questions about fixing the problem: could it be fixed (yes), how much it would cost ($1400 for a new part, plus labor), how would Anderson have handled it if they had installed the unit (they would have fixed it for free). After this conversation he offered to install the new part with a 30 day money back guarantee. That way if the other company agreed to fix the problem for me, Anderson could come back out, remove their part, and refund my money. In the end, that is exactly what happened. I must admit, I was a little scared to call them back and ask to have it removed; I was sure they wouldn't be happy about refunding that $1400. I thought they might even give me a hard time about it. But to Anderson's credit (and CJ's), the process was totally painless. He came out and removed it and was even happy that the original company was able to fix things for me. Johnny Castro came to our home today to check out our heating/cooling system. Previously we have had another company take care of this but the difference between that group and what Johnny did for us was amazing. Johnny was very thorough, competent, professional, and considerate. He spent over four hours checking our system, climbing into the attic multiple times, taking pictures so we could see what our issues were, and inspecting our system, checking the intake-output of air, our safety and designing a possible plan to rectify our situation. He checked with his supplier and the office to give us a realistic idea of what the job would cost and set up a date to install new ducts next week. I am a VIP member both in my office and home. I called on Monday to schedule Friday as early as possible ( I have to take off from work). It was scheduled 8-12. They did call to say that they were running late but the service only started at 1:00PM. That is unreasonable for me to wait around for that amount of time.
