Ripped off
Katie F came out to check out my air conditioner she looked at my furnace in my air conditioner for about a minute with a flashlight she then told me she would be right back and continue to go outside for about 10 minutes or less, she then came back in and told me she could not get the valve caps off to check my system I proceeded to tell me that I needed a whole new air conditioner and furnace when in fact my furnace is not that old couple years maybe and that was it to charge me $68 and left she never even looked at my air-conditioner Katie F. is not welcome here, I will not recommend Anderson plumbing heating and air to any of my family members Or my friends. I cannot say enough about the great job Dylan David did unclogging our problem drain in the kitchen sink. He was extremely professional and made sure that it was cleared all the way to the main line prior to packing up the equipment. In order to clear our drain he (and his partner Bernard) used a combination of a mini hydro-jett, cable and camera. They were very thorough and definitely 'wowed' this customer. The HVAC technician Katy F. of Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air was fantastic. Having a broken A/C system in a heat wave is not fun, but having such a pleasant, likable, trustworthy expert repair person softened the blow. Katy has such a cheerful disposition, I felt so comfortable and safe with her. In fact, I had to leave the home before she was done, and felt comfortable doing so (she also reminded me that she (they) are bonded and insured). She happened to have another technician with her (who was recovering from an injury) with her and she treated him with the same respect and pleasant demeanor as myself, the customer. Katy did a great job explaining all aspects of the repair and repair options, including showing me the results of the readings as she took them from our A/C unit. I trusted her like a friend and asked her about whether to repair the uneven cement foundation which the A/C unit was sitting on. My husband had adjusted the unit to make it level and we weren't sure if we needed to do more to make it OK. Essentially, she assured me it was fine as it was and because of the cost and risk in moving the unit, that it would be better to replace the foundation pad it rested on when we get a completely new unit (which she estimated we had several years left on this one). She also checked our furnace (heating) units and we could see how filthy the air filters were, so she was able to replace those immediately. I love how Anderson Heating and AIr stocks the service trucks with the parts needed to fix the job. Would highly recommend the company and this technician, Katy F. Katy F. 07/19/18 |

HVAC tech Katy Frausto is a "rock star", in my book! She and her trainee Ariel recently did a tune-up on my nine year old AC. I've never had an HVAC tech who was more thorough and knowledgeable. While my AC was getting a much needed makeover, she mentioned an Air Scrubber. Since I am in my 70s and have been experiencing age related allergies for sometime, I inquired further about the Air Scrubber Plus. It sounded like something that would be very beneficial to my issues and I asked them to install one. I figured that after a few days I might get some level of relief from my constant congestions issues. That very same night, I woke up in the night and the first thing I noticed was that my breathing was clear. It had been a very long time since I could remember that free breathing, in the middle of the night.
I highly recommend Katy for your HVAC needs and I would encourage anyone who wants to have "whole house" clean air to invest in an Air Scrubber Plus. Read Anderson's printed materials. Katy F. 07/08/18 |

I’m posting on my daughters google account. My name is Dave, I have always done my own home improvements, demos, install etc... I was in construction my whole life. I lost my leg in 2009 and my wife got COPD. We are both on a very fixed income via social security. I have had my kids help with small home improvements. My water heater had a small leak, knowing it was gonna go anytime I started looking for one. With the plan to put it in ourselves. After realizing how hard it was going to be with one leg, I got pricing from Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air and after hearing my story and frustration they gave ma a great deal. Not only did they help us out tremendously our plumber was Jerry Jimenez and an his apprentice. Jerry was awesome he was respectful, efficient, quick, professional, knew what he was talking about, very clean and well put together. He also didn’t make me feel handicap or ashamed of needing help in any such way. Anytime I have any plumbing issues I’ll be definitely calling APHA and requesting Jerry for my plumbing needs. Jerry an APHA are an awesome pair. When they were done and I inspected it I had to let them know it’s not only a water heater it was a work of art the way they put that together thank you all.

Johnny Castro is one of the best people you have. He is customer-oriented and is very trust worthy. Johnny & Drina arrived at my house back in April for a AC service. He had to do a leak check and explained what I needed to do over the next three weeks to ensure that plenty of dye had made it through the coils. Unfortunately, when he came back three weeks later, he was alone. He made several calls to the office to see if he could get another person out as the dye check required a two man crew. Johnny apologized profusely, installed the quck starts and said he had to schedule another visit. Had it not been for his atttitude the first day, I may have been upset. He came back out 2 weeks later and discovered a leak in my system. The leak required that the coil be replaced. After much ado and several trips back to my house by your sales rep I ordered a new furnace to go with the coil. the installers were very pleasant Had it not been for the positive experience that I had with all of my interactions with Johnny, Anderson would have lost a customer. Major Plumbing Repair Job
Ricardo and crew brought our property back to life. He skillfully & correctly diagnosed the collapse of our cast iron pipes, envisioned a solution, and most importantly got the job done. I can not say enough about his team, especially "The Maestro" he assigned to the job. "The Maestro" and his crew were timely, efficient, clean and friendly. We were afraid that the job would be prohibitively expensive; however, we found that to be untrue. Although the job required opening up the concrete slab, opening up the walls, digging up the pipes, replacing the defective pipes...Then...putting the whole thing back together again, it was very affordable. In addition, "The Maestro" & his crew accomplished the project in a few days.
I have done quite a few remodels over the last 40 years and Ricardo, Nalani, "The Maestro and crew," were the best I've seen on a project this complicated.

Front yard clean out.
I was told I didn’t need to be here for the front yard cleanout revision. They were supposed to lower it so it would not get hit by the lawn mower and they lowered it too much and all the grass around it is dead. Very disappointed. Recent service on my AC
Thank you for making this easier than having to create and log into an account. That is why I didn't complete the review. For some reason it wouldn't let me log in so i aborted the procedure.
I was happy with the people I dealt with doing a good job. There were at least 4-5 different guys that were here at different points of the day. I don't know what to say but that they did the job and I thank you for taking care of the issue. It was actually the 3rd set of "coils" you have installed. Hopefully this time will not result in the "stinky feet" issue. As always, thank you for your excellent service.
