Brandon B and James E were very timely for our appointment, they called ahead letting me know when they would arrive. They introduced themselves and 1st reviewed our service needs and what they would be doing, and how they would be doing it and how long it would take to make sure we were on the same page. Brandon asked a few questions around various vents and smells, etc, made suggestions for problems. The team that was sent to my home was very kind and friendly, even said hello to my dog too. I've never had this done to a home and he walked me thru the process before they began. They did a very thorough job thru out the home and took time to answer any questions I had. My mom had a service from a different company, and she said that she thought Amistee did a better job than the other 2 companys. I feel they did a great job and I would highly recommend them. The team to clean the vents was informative to what they were going to do, approximately how long it would take and patient as we moved our animals from room to room. They also showed us quick pictures of what our ducts looked like with a quick view. The only delay for me was waiting a month for service.
