Had problems with my Dryer vent being clogged (causing the drying time to require 2-3 cycles) which is up on the 2nd floor. Chris and AJ came out and were very professional and went out of their way to ensure everything was all safe and clean. Now the dryer works like new again! Amistee came today to clean the house ducts and the dryer vent. Our service people were Torrell Windom and his partner. They did an excellent job. On time, kept the job site clean, and everything was explained well. Price was very competitive. Communication with the front office was also great. Thanks to Amistee Air Duct Cleaning and Insulation, the toxins and dust that were making my husbands allergies act up are now gone! Steve G. and Brian L. were here for 2 plus hours and did a great job on the main floor and basement. They cleaned all the vents and all the ducts. Took before and after pictures. Offered other services like Dryer Vent Cleaning and Antimicrobial Duct Treatment and we also purchased those! Steve and Brian were professional, friendly and courteous. I am satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to call them again and will tell family and friends about the company and the work they did. And with the covid restrictions in this state, they wore masks the whole time they were in the house. Also, Julie called prior to them arriving and the day before to remind us of the scheduling. I was very pleased with Amistee! Greg M and Dallas C were my technicians. Through a very long and tedious insurance job after a tree hit my house, removing blown in insulation and replacing it with new was one of the last steps in an almost 90 day process. I am happy that my insurance company partnered with Amistee!

They made sure to leave my home the way they found it--absolutely no mess! They wore proper PPE and wore shoe coverings the entire time. They made sure to protect the corners of my walls and floors. Amazing service! It was our first time, and could not be happier! We had just moved in last month, and wanted everything clean before we fired up the furnace.The air FEELS different. They will show you REAL photos of before and after of the inside of your ducts. Highly recommended, especialy if you have fur pets and kids who are at a lower height! Barry came a few weeks ago to clean our ducts, but discovered the insulation in the crawl space was disintegrating & he strongly suggested we NOT do the service until after we replaced the insulation. That is a business of integrity! Barry & Adrian L. came back today (after we had installed the new insulation). They were friendly, professional, and very careful moving their equipment around our home (spreading tarps on the floor, foam cushions on corners, wearing booties indoors, and face masks the whole time). They shared lots of pictures showing the fabulous change from "before" to "after". The office is very responsive and great at keeping you informed - got a reminder text message a few days ahead, and a phone call alerting us when they were on their way. Great company to work with! They cleaned the ducts in the specified time and were very thorough. Within 2 hours of our cleaning being finished, the office staff was calling to follow-up how it went. Even though, we had been given a 4h window for when they'd come, we got a call to give us exact time of arrival in the morning.
We got the occasion to work with Alex E and Stuart. They were very courteous and professional. upon arriving they explained to us what they were going to do and how long it would take. (and they were dead on!)
