If you gotta get your vents cleaned, Amistee provided a great service. The guys who cleaned our ducts, Melvin B. and Derek P., were professional, very friendly to us, our kids and our cats. I worked from home during the cleaning, which I don’t recommend due to the noise, but they let me know what to expect and even gave me some ear plugs. Very nice! This was our best ever duct cleaning experience. We were extremely pleased with Melvin and Travion. They explained in detail what was going to happen during their hours here. They walked us through the procedure both before and after. They encouraged questions and answered each one carefully. They arrived on time and worked long hours. During that time one of the hoses became damaged and so we waited for the part to arrive from Novi which made the job longer. They apologized several times. It was loud and messy BUT at the end of the day they cleaned everything up and we now have clean ducts and dryer vent! We had the pleasure of having Mickey and Alex at our house today. Prompt arrival, courteous, great with kids (and all their questions and letting them observe) ️. Being our first time they explained in detail the process. Covered our floors with tarps, wore booties, cleaned up with a broom and vacuum afterwards! They were on point! Final price (with last minute add on of dryer vent) was right around ball park of the quote we were given via phone from Donna (who was also AMAZING to work with and very thorough and informative).

The service for the duct sealing was excellent and professional. The team of Tyler F. and Colin B. explained everything and all the steps it would take. They answered my questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date as the process went along. Showed all the areas that were sealed and protected. The condo was left cleaned and they took the time to show and explained the end results which were greater than I expected. Yesterday I had the air ducts cleaned in my 1950s house, and the Amistee team of Kristopher W. and Barry S. did an excellent job. I set up the appointment by phone in advance, and the office staff were professional and efficient. I liked that the office emailed me further info with the final price after using a coupon, plus sent me appointment reminders by email and text. Then the office called me 45 minutes in advance of Kris and Barry's arrival. Kris and Barry did a great job of cleaning the air ducts, registers, and cold air returns. Rob S. came to our house to clean the dryer vent, arrived promptly, and did a professional job of listening to our issues with the dryer vent warning light, the cleaning steps we'd tried, and then examining our vent pipe. He did a very thorough job of cleaning out the pipe from both the outside and inside, checked our pipes were in code and taped the joints properly, and tested the dryer airflow afterwards. Great experience. The guys who came to our place (Kyle and James) were friendly, courteous, and patient. I was unprepared for their arrival and had to get my son ready for the day. They waited without question until we were ready to start. They then took appropriate precautions for COVID and to keep my house clean from their equipment. They wore masks the entire time, shoe protectors to prevent tracking dirt, and laid down protective tarps for the equipment down to the basement. The job was done efficiently, and Kyle took the time when they were done to explain to me some other ways to improve my heating and cooling system year-round. They could've easily offered to do these for more money or kept it to themselves, but chose to give me information that was outside the scope of their job. I am happy with the service and the cost, and especially the professionalism of Kyle, James, and the staff manning the phones. I feel like my allergies are already starting to be less of an annoyance. I had Amistee come out to do the duct cleaning in a house we had just moved into. From the first phone call they were very professional and kind. They called the day before to remind me and then they called when they were on their way.
