The team of Branden B., David K., and Jeff K. came by today to do our duct cleaning. The entire team was extremely professional, courteous, paid attention to details and were very thorough in explaining the work they were doing. They also took time to review all the completed work to insure we were satisfied. They also paid special attention to put everything back to where it was and were very clean. Tyler and Colin were great during the whole duct sealing process. They were professional and friendly, and were very determined to give us the best results. In our case, because of some issues with our duct work, they were unable to finish in one day, which is their normal procedure. They returned at no additional charge and completed the work. This is second time we used Amistee. Very satisfied both times!
Rob and his crew arrived on time and were very careful about caring for our carpeting and walls. They were very clear in what we could expect while they worked, and reported on what they found when they had completed their work. (Construction debris from bathroom repairs completed sometime before we purchased this condo.)

Julie called me the day of and said they were able to get people here sooner. I was pleased about this and happy that the company took the time to fit me in earlier. Steve G. and Rob Preston were my technicians. They were both very friendly. Steve took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going to be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. They were even accommodating with my animals. Great workers ... covered all walkways, installed corner guards around the door openings, wore masks, gloves and shoe covers, very meticulous to make sure the job was done write. Explained what they were going to do and how this helped clean the duct work and used anti-microbial disinfectant to further assure my condo would be free from mold,virus,and bacteria. I really appreciated that touch. After they were done they cleaned up and it was like they weren't even there. My wife really appreciated the care they took to make sure they didn't scuff the walls with their hoses. I would definitely recommend the company and Torrell and Isaiah for the job they did. I am very impressed with this company! Scheduling was easy and they gave a quote comparable to other companies (who had lower reviews). They emailed me a couple of appointment remidners and I even got a live person on a phone call the day before. The day of, I received a phone call that they were running early, but they waited until the scheduled time since i was not quote ready. I had Cameron and Torrell and they were incredible! Professional, complimentary of the new house, and explained everything,. They double checked on important things (like drilling a small hole in the house), and walked me through the process. We chose Amistee based on all the strong reviews and we were not disappointed. Alex B and Jack D were on time, explained what they were going to do, kept us posted and they proceeded, and explained what was completed when they were done. They welcomed questions and explained things in a clear, understandable way. They appeared to be very through and meticulous--they even pointed out a vent in closet that I did not know even existed. They really instilled confidence in what they were doing. They were very respectful of our house with drop clothes on the floor and bumpers that the points where the equipment would impact corners or door frames. Adrian and Michael came to my home today to clean my HVAC system. They were right on time and did a great job of informing me exactly what they were going to do. Both men were very polite and respectful in their communication while at my home. They worked non stop while solving some unique issues on the way my system had been installed. They were very professional in their approach to the project and did a great job of working within the Covid 19 guide lines set forth by Amistee. After completion of the system cleaning they were very through in cleaning the work area. From the very beginning to end both Josh and his partner Branden B. were very respectful and professional. They were aware and responsive to covid by always wearing a mask the whole time. I had inquired a full home air duct/vent cleaning for my 1,062 sqft. house. They totally went over the call of duty by duct taping exposed holes in the bottom of ac vents. It's been 3 days since they left and i've noticed an obvious difference in air quality and i've been sleeping noticeably better. I highly recommend anyone moving into a used home or in my case renting a home to get their vents cleaned as mine weren't cleaned in 50+ years!?!? Well worth the price and very satisfied. Amistee's team was punctual, extremely courteous, mindful of my home (protecting the floors, carpets and walls and covering their shoes), safe (wore masks and gloves the entire time) and very informative and professional. Alex E. and Donavan were very in thorough cleaning all the ducts and vents in our home, efficiently setting up the equipment, and working as a team in each room. Colin B. and Matt S. were also quick to follow suit with the duct sealing service using Aeroseal; Colin was eager to communicate his review of our HVAC system so we could make an informed decision, as well as readily willing to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the service they provided.
