We had our air ducts cleaned for the first time. Josh and Derek arrived exactly when they said they would and were very kind. Our house ducts and vents were cleaned exactly one week ago today. Steve G. and his crew were efficient, friendly and got the job done in less than 3 hours. They took pictures of the vents/ducts before and after the cleaning. It was clearly evident that the cleaning was needed.
I am amazed at the difference in air quality in my house! I had grown accustomed to waking feeling stuffed-up and congested. Since having the ducts cleaned, I am sleeping better than ever and awake with no congestion.
Another great benefit is that my tables, dressers and hardwood floors do not need to be dusted as frequently as they did before the duct cleaning.

Josh V and Robert L were very professional. I’m not real knowledgeable about the effectiveness of this service but looking at the before and after pictures they seem to have done an excellent job. Would have given them a 5 star but I was not informed that an inspector would come prior to the appointment or actual service. He showed up an hour before and of course tried to sale an additional service, it was cool just wish I would have been informed because I thought it was the air cleaning specialist arriving. Nonetheless they came an hour after as I mentioned and were efficient, professional and explained each step and prayerfully pieced things back appropriately. I have used other duct cleaning companies but Amistee duct cleaning is the one to use. Professional employees who treat your house like it was their own. The service I received was very professional. They called to inform me of their pending arrival. Explained the entire job to me before work began and took their time to complete their work. Placed drop cloths to keep my carpet clean, wore booties inside along with masks. Made sure to show me before and after photos and cleaned any dust and debris before they left. Alex and Stuart showed up on time and walked through the entire process with me before getting started. They were very respectful of my home and ensured as little disturbance as possible (protected walls and doors with rubber mats, placed canvas / tarps under the large hose, used shoe coverings ...). They did a thorough job (went through the entire house and spent time at every vent and return) and took pictures along the way to show the results of their work.
