With big rains on the way, I needed the sump pumps tested quickly. Albert Nahman (Nick) came on short notice, were on time, tested the pumps and let me know all was in working order, including the drains. Albert Nahman is a super-high-integrity company, made up of folks who constantly build trust and over-deliver. Gabe literally saved the lives of my elderly in-laws by discovering a deadly gas leak upon his arrival for a project. Not only did he alert them to the danger, but he also called PG&E instantly and helped them keep safe till the problem was diagnosed. Without being asked. Chris was my technician and he provided maintenance to my tank less water heater. Water would get hot, but after 10 min or so, would go cold. Then, one had to wait for the water to get hot again. Before doing anything, he assessed the possibilities and communicated them to me. He also double checked with the main office for any parts that might be needed. Today was my first time using Albert Nahman Services and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and professionalism that my technician Deepak provided during my service call. Deepak was able to troubleshoot the issue to determine that replacement was needed on both the supply lines and water heater burner element for my commercial water heater. He was also able to find out that I had a couple months left on my warranty which made me feel more comfortable with the situation in case a new water heater was needed. Parts are arriving tomorrow and he was able to work his schedule to ensure he would be the technician to finish the repair. From the first call to the last, the plumbers, techs and support staff are so helpful. This wasn't the first time I'd had them do work but this was the first time I felt like I might have "a situation" on my hands. These folks took my concern seriously, told me what was going on and explained, clearly and simply, what my options were. On time, on budget, following pandemic guidelines and always mindful of my home and health I would recommend this business without hesitation.
