Jose, the Technician who was sent to our home by Albert Nahman Plumbing, arrived within the pre-scheduled window. He was courteous, wore a mask and covered his shoes as he entered. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went online to see if he could locate the part that both of my toilets needed, found it, went to pick it up, returned within 30 minutes and installed the part in both toilets quickly and efficiently. Albert Nahman Plumbing offers great service and does fabulous work. We have a major plumbing project currently in progress due to a leaking water main. Unfortunately due to COVID and several unforeseen administrative difficulties, the work has not yet been completed, but so far the plumbers they sent out to work on the project have been A1 super! We hired Albert Nahman in June/July 2020 during the pandemic to do a ductless AC unit in our mid century modern home. The process was very easy, they were extremely communicative, responsive, and polite at all times. Their reservation and appointment system is such a nice touch you always know who and when are coming. They were always on time and we always got reminders. All staff wore masks and took great care of our property. Gabriel was our consultant and Mauricio was our project manager - both were great to work with and the quality of the work is excellent. Was their price the cheapest; no. However when we talked with other HVAC installers, none were as concerned about taking care of our home and/or as responsive. Tad S. with Nahman Plumbing and Heating has thus far completed two plumbing jobs at our home - both more complicated and time consuming than expected but both completed perfectly. The clogged kitchen drain took their most heavy duty snake and was a messy job. The installation of a new kitchen faucet required the removal of an 80 plus year old one. Removing it required several hours labor on embedded pipe, frozen grout and tricky removal of irreplaceable vintage tile. Tad didn't stop working until the job was completed though it went through lunchtime. All tile was restored in perfect shape too! The work sites for both jobs were left cleaner than before the work began. In addition to being super competent and determined, Tad is friendly, a creative problem solver and generous with his time and advice. I highly recommend Tad and all the staff at Nahman.
