Chris was ontime and remembered being here last December. He did a preliminary test of the system and then got to work replacing a very ancient gas valve. Afterwards he tested the system for correct performance. Very pleased with the service and will have Albert Nahman continue to help with my plumbing and heating needs. We had a leaky drain pipe that needed repair and made an appointment with Albert Nahman to send over a plumber. The plumber they sent, Monowar, was excellent. He showed up on time, was very respectful of our home (took all necessary COVID precautions, covered his shoes with plastic booties to prevent tracking in dirt), and did great work. It turned out that the damage was more than initially thought -- the pipe was cracked in addition to one of the couplers leaking -- but he stayed and got it all fixed.
