Stanley King came out to do a sewer lateral inspection for us, and to give us a quote for replacing the sewer lateral. He was great! Very professional and experienced. Explained everything along the way as we kept asking questions. Also quite focused on cleanliness and safety. We have been working to return to our home in 2021 after a difficult remodel lasting 15 months and we can't say enough good things about their people and their services. Jose, the technician, has been to our home more than once, each time to deal with a different issue after a water leak devastated our home in the middle of a remodel and required critical repairs. He is personable, knowledgeable, precise, quick to determine the issue and make the repair. He will shortly be returning to install a water-shut-off valve system to protect our new second floor washing machine and dryer and, in fact, protect our entire home from a devastating water leak in future. Underpinning all the necessary coordination is Lisa, a customer service powerhouse, whose calm demeanor, knowledge base and common sense, directed us to the right conclusion every time. A customer service person is the first (and most important) introduction to a company and its philosophy and can make or break its reputation and Lisa is one of the best. You definitely want people like Lisa and Jose when unexpected technical or material failures occur in your home and likewise when you simply want to protect your home from future accidents. I know we will be back, because we just signed up for their yearly membership for discounts, preferred response times and an annual free check-up to keep everything in working order for our future security and peace of mind. Jose checked out a leak, made sure he had checked every angle of the problem before he reported his findings. He told us, in great detail, what he had discovered and what it would take to repair it. He had also found that the slow drip was not new - that it had dropped for some time, long enough to have rotted a partial floor joist right under it. I thought my hot water was leaking and probably needed replacing. Chris was scheduled to come between 8:00-8:30 this morning, he arrived at 8:00 sharp. Chris informed that I DID NOT need a new water heater - it was not leaking. I had a section of flexible pipe that was cracked and allowed water to seep out. Thank you Chris for not taking advantage of a me (a woman) and trying to sell me something I did not need. Chris replaced the damaged part in less than an hours time. He was very quick to diagnose the problem, made the repair expeditiously, was very polite and answered all of my questions.
