My tenant had a concern about her wall heater consistently cutting off over night. So, I called Albert Nahman with my concern. Their technician (Tad), came out to my tenants residence on time. He did a thorough check of the wall heater & thermostat and found both to be working as designed. He then explained the entire process to my tenant and myself.
I, along with my tenant concluded that she (tenant), was confused as to how the thermostat actually works after someone sets the on/off temperature on it.
Based off Tad’s professionalism and my using the company before, I would highly recommend them to anyone who may be having any type of heating concerns.

Albert Nahman replaced my 25 year old 40 gallon water heater with a much upgraded and energy efficient 50 gallon water heater. The entire process, from coming out and analyzing the issues and providing me options, to the installation (which was done in a super professional and customer friendly manner on a very timely basis), impressed me immensely. We've used this company many times over the years for both our residence and a rental unit, and they've been consistently top notch. Their staff have fixed problems, installed all sorts of fixtures, and once totally redid a bathroom. Every time they are prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional. They help us to save money by suggesting different options and alternatives and offering coupons and discounts. Ismael Cortes came today and bent over backwards to help resolve a problem - almost literally, because he had to reach into a weird small space to work and heroically kept at it until things were fixed. Updating my review as of 12/4/20 - Ismael fixed 2 toilets today and was SO great. Showed up right on time, explained options clearly and worked very hard on a tricky problem, ultimately saving me lots of angst and money. THANK YOU!! Very reliable company & easy to deal with. We've had them do many different jobs over the years, big and small, in our home and a rental property. Easy to set up appointments, by phone or their website, and they show up as promised. All the staff I've met have been very professional and friendly - Stanley installed a new faucet for us today - he had useful advice, reminded me to look for a coupon, and left everything clean.
