ARS installed a system, including new ductwork, about 6 years ago. The equipment has continued to provide conditioned air very nicely. We have kept the maintenance agreement active since then. The servicing technicians have always been very polite and professional. There have been several upgrades to the system that have kept our system running at a high degree of efficiency. The technicians always took great effort to introduce themselves and to explain the work that they were to accomplish. After their inspection was complete they explained the work that was done and to discuss any recommendations. The staff that called to arrange the maintenance calls were always very courteous and considerate. I am very pleased with my association with the ARS Company and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service with a smile. Chuck was professional and very insightful. he pointed out some extra flaws in the back flow system to our hvac system. He also fixed our thermostat which was always loose on the wall which our builder didn't take the time to fix.

The tech came out to do what he's suppose to do. However while here he damaged the door to the attic. He said someone from the office would call me on Monday to schedule a repair to the door. Today is Friday and I still haven't received a call. This happened before when a tech came out to repair my unit. He damaged the same attic door and said someone would call me to schedule a repair. After a few days I realized no one would call so I had to call them to schedule an appt. That was a nightmare with having to reschedule multiple times and finally after a couple of weeks to have someone paint the attic door shut. Hence the reason why the tech recently damaged the door. I'm hesitant to call for a paint job on the door bc of the hassle from before.

Chuck provided excellent service. He made sure the job was done properly and cut no corners on installing my new thermostat. He is very professional and kind. My experience with ARS was very good. i purchased a hot water heater from Home Depot. Their advertisement claimed same day installation if the order was placed before 12 noon. The old heater began leaking on a Saturday night, and the cut-off valve to the heater broke. The only way to prevent our house from flooding was to shut off the water supply for the entire house! Home Depot committed to an installation on Tuesday, but ARS (the plumbing contractor) could not make it until late that day. Since it was near Christmas, I decided to let them come Wednesday morning instead. They arrived early that morning, removed the old heater, and installed the new unit in three hours. The old unit had been installed for 18 years and was difficult to remove. The ARS technician was still able to complete the job with no serious problems. He did an excellent job with the new installation and actually made some improvements! I was very pleased.

Replaced corroded and leaky flex gas pipe going to furnace they installed a year ago at no charge because the installation directions state you should change the pipe when you replace the appliance.

ARS installed a new furnace a year ago and reconnected the old rusty and corroded flex pipe and connectors to the new appliance, which a year later cracked and split leaking gas. I called Hope and said that the installation was faulty in that the instructions state "Do not use a connector which has previously serviced another gas appliance". She sent TJ out the same day to replace the faulty pipe at no charge.

I thought Gary Blume was very good at explaining the process of the fall check up for our heat pump system. He also showed excellent customer service by offering us system upgrades that would enhance the life span of our unit. Gary was always polite and courteous and I would recommend him to other ARS customers.

I discovered a leak from my washing machine and since ARS Rescue Rooter had replaced the piping two years ago, we naturally called them again. I made an appointment for 12:00 to 5:00 window. They called at 5:00 to say he was on his way. It was 6:30 & we were sitting down to eat when David came. He was there for an hour and said everything should be fine. Someone was supposed to call me the next day but no one did. When I did laundry the next time, the leak was worse. This time I scheduled for morning. The problem has been fixed.

I had used ARS Rescue Rooter a couple of years ago and was quite pleased. I had an appointment for between 12:00 & 5:00. They called at 5:00 to say he was on his way. He didn't come until 6:30 (when we were eating). Worked for an hour. They were supposed to call on Friday but never did. On Tuesday, I did laundry and the leak was worse. Called them again and this time I scheduled for morning. The leak seems to be fixed.

Gary went above and beyond when repairing my hvac. He not only found what the problem was, he traced the problem to the source and repaired it-on Thanksgiving Day. Not many are as professional and dedicated to their customers as Gary.

The people were incredibly nice. He didn't really fix the problem - just rigged up a temporary solution. For the time & money, I would have rather had someone come out & actually fix the problem. He just propped up the pipe instead of fixing the pipe. Very nice man, but smelled like smoke & I couldn't talk to him long because the smell was killing my asthma. He also left a mess. The guy we used before & LOVED, always cleaned up his mess. Very nice guy, but please don't send him again. My house still smells like smoke where he was upstairs.

Chuck is a credit to his company and profession. My experience with Chuck is that he is always polite and concerned about getting the customer's issue resolved. I have had a complex series of technical issues not familiar to most HVAC techs, due to the system of mini splits we chose. Chuck has, so far, correctly identified the issues and worked hard to resolve them and explain what he is doing to me. I appreciate his committment and focus to resolve our problems. The heat is on!
