Jonathan (1726) provided excellent technical and thorough service. He provided his review data and the various results following his cleaning services. This review was extremely helpful to myself, as a homeowner who wants long-term, valued solutions. He was extremely familiar with the installed equipment configuration and permitted us to observe his work and findings for the future operations. He was very courteous and cleaned the areas utilized during his work before leaving. As a previous maintenance manager, I observed his interactions with a new employee and was very impressed with his training techniques both verbally and with demonstration. I wished I had his talent and his personal techniques for developing new talent. He knows not only the equipment he is servicing, but also employees that he is building as a Company's asset and reputation. As a result from this visit, I wish that I had a "Jonathan" when I was a Maintenance Manager. I would evaluate him as a valued employee and represents your company extremely well.

We have been doing business with ARS for about 12 years. They have replaced our units and installed a new water heater. We had trouble with the water heater but it was resolved after many visits(at no charge to us). Roberto just left and and his service was excellent. I always request the same tech and first call in the morning. I would advise everyone to do the same.

Hope was amazingly helpful. I was an out of town customer she coordinated schedules and payments without any trouble and was quite pleasant. Dave seemed genuinely concerned about the problem my heating system was having and was able to diagnose it quickly and effectively.

Have had good and bad service. Some Tech's that have come out didn't seem to have the experience and knowledge that is needed and didn't care...Way to pricey quotes on repair when the part only costs a few dollars, but I guess that's how a company stays in business. Good service has been with Tech's that care and have the experience and knowledge to diagnose.

I requested an experience Tech and Chuck was the best. Very pleasant efficient, and KNEW what he was doing. He explained every step along the way.... unlike some of the Techs in the past. I have had some bad experiences with this company...One Tech last year on a routine maintenance service...The system was working fine, 'til my routine maintenance check and a day after he left...it totally crashed. Called back, and they sent me the same Tech...after re-checking for long time he could not find the problem...called Supervisor...went back up in the attic and in 5 minutes said he located problem. Had leak in coils and would be $725 or repair. I would not except that as he looked for all that time but didn't find the problem 'til Supervisor instuctions??? So I called Supervisor asked him to send more experience Tech for second opinion. Another Tech came out and checked for problem and diagnosed it in about an hour ..something about lines be backwards is what was told to me. Anyway, a $725 repair job ended a $00.00 repair job because of being misdiagnosed....then on my routine maintenance check last week, ARS sends same Tech that misdiagnosed last year. I denied him, and they sent out Chuck. Thank you Chuck. You are the best and I will request you every time....if I decide to stay with ARS for my contract.

I rate Chuck a 10 and his service a 10. Making the appointment great, arriving in time not. Taking off four (4) hours to accommodate scheduled time turned into an eight hour day. Not good.

Great Service. Chuck is a really good technician, precise making sure every aspect of the check is covered. We've been using ARS since 2009 and by far he is the best technician to work on our systems. Side note: Something needs to get done about the speed of service, not a know on Chuck. The company schedules a window time frame and that window is never met.

ARS answered the call promptly; within five hours. Chuck was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, dealt with it and made certain that the unit was cooling properly. He is an asset to the company.

Maurice, ARS called me at 10:17 am for my "30-45 minute heads up". I immediately left the office to go meet them out at the property. They called me at 10:44 am to let me know that the vendor was at the door. I told them I was about 10 minutes away, and to please have him stay. They called me again at 10:54 am as I was pulling into the neighborhood to tell me that he had been there for about 20 minutes, and policy states that he is only supposed to stay for 10. I informed the representative that I was pulling into the neighborhood and as I was telling her this I saw the vendor driving out of the neighborhood. I tried 6 times to call her back and see if he could turn around, but they would not answer the phone. So, now I believe this may have to be rescheduled. However, if I am to meet them there I need a true 45 minute window, as I am coming from Leeds Avenue.

The total experience with ARS was excellent ... from the friendly "Switch Board" that kept us informed on the status of the technicians' arrival to the professional manner and expertise of the technician. Chuck N. is the best Htg & HVAC technician we have ever worked with. He has an incredible working knowledge of each of the components on our 3 systems and how they should work individually and together. He also takes the time to explain what is going on, what needs to be done and why.

Chuck N***** was very helpful. He fixed a problem that had occurred months ago and saved me money. On the other hand, however, i have had some of the worst experience with ARS/ Rescue Rooter due to the fact that the first gentleman to come out to the house had no idea what he was doing. I had issues getting follow up work, follow up calls. I would call and be told i would receive a call back and never would. They love to charge for their service even when it was their fault that the service wasn't done originally because the tech sucked.

As a company I'm not a fan of ARS due to the horrible experience we had on our installation of our air conditioner hence the reason we had to call a technician to come fix our heat on a brand new unit but Roberto Ortiz (our technician) was great. He thoroughly went through everything got our heat working and got us where we need to be. 5 Stars for Roberto 1 Star for ARS / Rescue Rooter. Thank you Roberto

I have been doing business with ARS Charleston for the past 25 years. They replaced a heating/AC unit in a previous home and maintained it for the duration of my ownership. I have recently had ARS replace my ac/heat unit in my current home. They worked 12 hours straight to get it installed. I did have a minor problem with the installation, but Chuck Norris (service tech) came out on time and within 24 hrs of calling and reporting the problem. He explained the problem and made needed repairs, replacing Freon that had leaked out. He was very professional and courteous. This is one of the reasons why I have maintenance contracts on my equipment thru them!
