ARS phone system was not receiving calls Monday morning August 29, 2016. Simone retrieved my cell number from my call attempts, and she called me to see how ARS could assist me. That alone is smart customer service. Simone herself was very gracious and helpful. She got the service scheduled right away to resolve my A/C problem. She knew from ARS records the status of my installations and was able to predict that the service would be covered by an extended warranty on the unit that isn't functioning. She was able to figure out which unit was having the problem and what it's service and warranty status is.

I go home at 7:00 p.m. to discover my house was 88 degrees! I was thinking how can I do this as no way could I be off work the next day for repair service but I was breaking out in a heat rash. Was going to go to a hotel so I called ARS to beg for first a.m. appointment and hoped my neighbor would bail me out. Found out there was a repairman who had started home but would come all the way back to help me. I was so GRATEFUL. He came back and fixed it and by 11:00 p.m. I was back to a cool and comfortable home. Dave was professional, courteous, made me feel at ease, explained what was broken showed me the new part installed. I am forever grateful to Dave, his supervisor who got him there and assured me they were there to assist me even though was so late, and to all at ARS. Oh...p.s...my poor little hot kittens thank you too!!

On going problem with condensation line leaking and damaging ceilings. ***** and ***** rerouted line. ARS Charleston covering damages. ***** was highly competent solving leak. Ceiling to be repaired by ARS. We are thankful. Dr. *******

I have never been disappointed with the service I have gotten from ARS. Technicians are courteous, efficient, and the cost is upfront. They usually make their appointed time slots and work hard when here. They have always pointed out flaws in my old plumbing that need correction which I greatly appreciate and expect!.

William Mori installed my new toilet and vanity in my house. It was not an easy job since the vanity was not readily useable since its back was still pretty much closed up. William did a great job opening it up for me and toiling at getting it installed. The plumbing needed great adjustment too since my antique house has funky plumbing. I think William went far and beyond the normal to get my job done excellently. William has a great sense of humor and was very easy fellow to get along with too. I am very impressed with his work and would ask to hi m again when I have a plumbing need ion the future for sure! Thanks William, summa cum laude!

very dissatisfied with the new unit. And your techs no nothing. They have installed 3 different thermostats and the unit is still not operating properly. the salesman Jim was just looking to make his commission. will never do business with you again!!! I will spread the GOOD WORD TRUST ME!!

I called on Tuesday to schedule routine maintenance service and was able to get an appointment for the next day with the wait window being from 11:00am - 2:00pm. I was pleasantly surprised when Doug C, my HVAC tech called a little after 12:00 to say he was on his way. Doug was very polite and personable. He went above and beyond what he needed to do for the maintenance inspection. For example, he brought in my newspaper that was in the driveway, changed my air filter, and replaced a dead light bulb in my attic. Doug performed the routine maintenance inspection as well as installed a UVC germicidal lamp for my air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions. He was also very helpful when he informed me that I could get 0% financing for the germicidal lamp if I had a Home Depot credit card. And in turn, he was very patient as I applied online for a Home Depot credit card. I was extremely pleased with my service and decided to sign up for the Home Service Plan which will give me priority service and 2 maintenance inspections per year for only $14/month. Therefore, I will definitely be using ARS again. Thank you, Doug!

The service is dependent on the Technician assigned. Ask for Roberto Ortiz and you will be happy. He is well trained and studied in air conditioning systems and fully able to diagnose and fix. He is proud of his work and a nice person on top of it all. Unless you are boiling without A/C and need immediate repair, request that your call be responded to by Roberto. I have had him twice now and feel that he can be trusted and tells you like it is. My first encounter with him was an emergency repair over the phone from 600 miles away and garnered my trust, even over the phone. Not something that comes easy from me. Today I met him face-to-face for the first time, over two years later, and the experience was great. Keep up the good work Roberto Ortiz! And welcome to America! We're happy you are here!

Chuck Norris was our ARS Rescue Rooter technician. He seemed very knowledgable and went about his business very professionally. Chuck was very friendly and answered all our questions about our system. ARS installed a complete new system this past Nov 2014. System has been working perfectly ever since. I just signed up for a service agreement with them. My son referred them to me as he was impressed with their work. Thanks again Chuck for the friendly service and great attitude towards your work. Matt S. came out and changed out my coil that was under warranty. He explained my symptoms, explained everything that was going to take place. He showed me the new coil and the old coil. My system is up and running and he told me, any problems, just give him a call. Not an easy job as unit was under my house, but he made the job look easy. I will stay with ARS in the future as long as Matt can service my systems. I will also refer ARS and Matt to anyone I know having problems.
