Jonathan was very polite and went the extra mile when he came to give me an estimate for the work and later when he completed the installation. I believe him to be very knowledgeable as well as a worker willing to do what it takes to make his customers happy. I would happily work with him again. The customer service representatives Hope Y. and Kimberly H. were professional and courteous with scheduling and rescheduling my appointment. I felt the technician, Willie J., was through and provided helpful information to keep my system operating to it optimum. Based on my experience with these folks, I would definitely recommend ARS to my friends. A very happy customer.

Jonathan B. was knowledgeable, and efficient. We were previously told that we needed a new disposal by one of his fellow technicians- Jonathan determined this was not true, and that we only had a clog. He quickly dislodged the problem, and fixed our issue. I would highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. He refereed to himself as a "fix it" plumber, and not just an "install it" plumber- very true to his words.

We had a whole new heating and air system put in a little less than a year ago. Another company quoted us $20,000.00 to do the job. ARS did the same quoted job for $7,000.00! We are so thrilled and pleased with our new system and this wonderful company. We highly recommend ARS!

David C. was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't mind that I stood behind him and watched what he was doing. He continually explained what he was doing. I asked many questions during his visit and he was able to answer all my questions. He gave me an estimate to permanently eliminate the problem and explained what it would entail in terms that I could understand and relay to my spouse. We have already requested an appointment to proceed with his suggestion. I am very impressed with the company and David C. Will definitely use them for all our plumbing problems!

ARS has been one of the easiest companies I have ever worked with. I had to have one of my four heating/AC units replaced in my medical office. They were quick with the estimate and repairs. Josh B. was my service tech. He explained and broke everything down in such a way that I understood what he was saying. He was professional as well as friendly. I have requested that he be our tech for all repairs.

Josh did an great job on the PM of my RUDD HVAC system, he cleaned and checked out the condensing unit and cleaned the inside drains and checked the electrical system inside. He was aware keeping everything clean and cleaned up after all work was complete and did a fantastic job.

I did not hire ARS to go to my rental house to alarm my tenants and tell them that II need to replace the HVAC system. It was completely out of line. If there is a concern please bring it to me. I hired you to service the unit. That's all.

Our semi-annual service visit done today by Joshua Brown was great! He arrived at the expected time. After he introduced himself, he explained what he planned to do. Then he went right to work and got the service done. He diagnosed an unexpected problem with our outside unit, took care of a safety issue by disconnecting power to the fan unit outside, and he ordered the needed parts. He finished up by explaining in some detail what he had done, as well as what he planned to do on a return visit to accomplish the repair. His very friendly and pleasant demeanor with his professional presentation and work added to the positive experience. We have had other service visits that did not nearly measure up to this one! We look forward to a return by Josh to complete the repair.

I had a problem with my Air Conditioning system and called ARS and made an appointment for several days later. On appointment day, the friendly ARS representative called 30 minutes ahead of time as they promised they would, and stated the technician would arrive within 30 - 45 minutes. The Technician arrived on time as promised. I opened the door and was happy to see it was the same ARS technician who had performed work in my home before on my air conditioning system. He also did an outstanding job this time! He is very considerate, professional, and honest. In addition to repairing my system, he also ensures he even does the little things; such as wearing the "booties" that protect my cream colored carpet from any outside dirt that may be on his shoes. He ensured that he kept me informed every step of the way, and is able to explain the technical workings of my complex air conditioning system so that it is understandable. He also made several recommendations, some of which involved upgrades to my system; however there was absolutely no pressure to purchase any additional items. He explained each recommendation, and answered all my questions. When I told the technician I wanted to notify someone at ARS about what an outstanding job he did, I also joking told him, "The only problem with letting ARS know what an outstanding job you do is that ARS will probably promote you to a supervisory position, and then you won't be back out next time I need you!" In terms of the reason for my initial phone concerning my air conditioning system, it was a very simple fix. As complex as these systems are, it is good to know there are still honest people who do not attempt to take advantage of homeowners! Great job!

One star for ARS, 5 STARS FOR TECHNICIAN, CHUCK NORRIS! Chuck Norris is one of the best technicians we've ever had. After many disappointing visits over the last couple of years with ARS, who installed a new heating and air unit, we were ready to give up and find a new company to maintain our new unit. We decided to try them one more time and we certainly got lucky!! CHUCK NORRIS, yes, his name is Chuck Norris, was the nicest technician we have ever had. He was personable, on time and most important, knowledgeable about his job. He diagnosed the problem immediately and came back on a Friday evening to fix the problem correctly. This was after we had several prior visits with other technicians, a no show visit and a manager who promised to "make it right" and still could not get the problem fixed. We appreciate Chuck's professionalism and hope ARS treats him with the respect he deserves. Thank you Chuck!!!

I have yet to be satisfied with the HVAC system that was installed in my home. I have had issues with this system since you arrived to install it. I took several technicians over a week to get it in the house. I've had to make several calls for no cooling Air or heat at the most inconvenient time for my family during the peak of summer and brutality of winter! My family and I had to endure the coldest weekend this year with no heat the house temperature was 9 degrees! I am a $12,000.00 plus (unit cost, service and labor charges I have incurred) unhappy customer! I have been very patient with your company hoping that you would get this issue fixed but my patient is starting to run thin! Put yourself in my shoes and tell me what would you do next!!!!!!

Customers shouldn't have to wait additional time for their service, because it has be overlooked especially since the service was made in advance as well provided a 4 hour window for the service. Simply not a good way to do business.
