Tim could not have been more helpful. I am disabled, so he made extra trips up and down stairs in order that I did not have to do it.He explained everything with great care. I asked him to check the accuracy of two thermostats, and he gladly did so, reporting the results back to me very precisely. He explained a problem we have, and what to do if it crops up again.
