Jeff C, called me immediately after I had contacted the call center and we went over the details that I knew regarding my no-heat situation. He advised me that he was on his way and gave me his estimated time of arrival. He arrived prior to his estimate and very quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and had the furnace up and running after he made the repairs. AA Service is top quality and very dependable. Scott S. came out at the end of a long, cold Sunday afternoon, as our heater went on the fritz just as his day was supposed to end. Despite the late hour on a Sunday, he was nothing but pleasant and professional. And best of all, he was persistent. He worked through a very tricky problem, and had our heater up and running.
Some companies will try to win you over with the lowest price, and then they will make their profits by cutting corners. Not AA Service. They provide top quality products and first class service at a fair price, and therefore cannot be beat on value. Get their service contract -- try them for a year, and then decide on your own. First visit to clean furnace and humidifier was was great. Technician took time to explain what he found, answer my questions and discuss various options for a future repair to the motor. Well, the motor failed today, two days before the repair was scheduled. The same technician was able to return a few hours after my call this morning, make the repair and get the heat flowing again. Jeff did a great job in fixing our Lenox electric heater. Heating panel was ordered and replaced. Was very knowledgable about system. Tested all systems to make sure all was working properly.
