Petr has serviced our air conditioning and heating systems for many years. He is forthright about what needs to be repaired, replaced or what still has some life in these systems. He is reliable and knowledgeable. He is sensitive to working in the house as he puts on booties every time he comes in from outside when checking the air conditioners. Jeff C is an outstanding employee from AA service. He had to reconnect our air conditioner today. He was willing to explain everything thoroughly to me so I would understand the work and charges. He was professional, effective and efficient in his services. He was friendly first thing in the morning and willing to go beyond his job when i asked him to wait one minute to get my husband on line to assure all was okay with our reconnection. He was nice to my pet, who is an old cat who got in the way when talking to him. It's so nice to know AA Service has employees like Jeff C, especially in this day and age when you have to be careful who you let in your house. I do appreciate Jeff C making my work morning run smooth while he was working on the reconnection. He should be rewarded for his professionalism. Jim G was at my home for over an hour this morning for a routine a/c maintenance check up. He was very thorough, described all the checking he was doing, and clearly explained the maintenance and new part that was needed. He was efficient, courteous, made sure to not get the house dirty, and was a pleasure to have in my home. They are good about calling to let you know when they are going to arrive, and have always arrived in the two hour window I scheduled. They leave the area around the HVAC tidy and wear booties over their shoes so the floors stay clean. They replaced our AC and furnace (not at the same time) and were good to work with both times. Excellent installation of new furnace and A/C unit.
Concern that new Carrier high efficiency furnace had a defective part that had to be replaced after the unit "died" within 2 hours of of being turned on. AA responded promptly and replaced the defective motor AND thermostat.

Jeff C. is great--super knowledgeable, friendly, and above all else, greatly skilled. He helped us troubleshoot a furnace noise that (naturally) the furnace wasn't even making when he arrived. He found the problem, ordered parts (under warranty--yay!) and then came back and fixed the furnace.
