On Jan. 3, Jeff did another excellent job. We determined that the water source should be hot and not cold, water. Unfortunately the plumbers had hooked up cold. Once again Jeff was personable, patient, and willing to explain things. On May 31, 2013 Jeff visited us again to service our AC. Jeff quickly diagnosed that there was a leak evident from a previous test. He refilled the coolant so we could have AC and also immediately arranged for the home office to call me to set up a time to do the necessary repairs. Ralph came out to our place to investigate an issue with our furnace that occurred after they installed a new AC Condensor and Coil. Post the AC installation our furnace quit working, Ralph was able to diagnose the issue quickly fix the motor without any new parts. Apparently during the AC installation a piece of the plastic vent tube connector broke off and jammed the motor, Ralph removed the plastic blocking the motor and bent the blades back into shape which fixed the problem. Great service technicians!! Jim G came to solve a power problem with the A/C unit. He found a loose wire on a circuit board which was replaced in Jan of this year. I recently had a new high efficiency two-stage variable furnace and new high efficiency AC installed by Dave A. and his partner, Dave. They arrived promptly, took care of things quickly and efficiently, left NO mess, were very courteous and put all my furniture back that they had moved while bringing in the furnace, and the cost was exactly as promised and agreed to. I believe that ALL service people deserve a tip from their customers when they go above and beyond the call of duty. I also believe that the Company should reward these outstanding employees with bonuses for every positive review they receive, for they represent the Company and, if not for them, the Company would not continue to grow and flourish. I have been using AA Service since they took over Wiegold. I could not be happier with AA. Today, I had my spring service air conditioning check-up. Jim S was to be here between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. He phoned at 3:05, which is common with the service personnel at AA; they are Johnny on the spot. Jim S is cordial, efficient, and helpful in answering questions and offering useful advice. I do not recall having to call AA for additional service after one of their fall and spring visits. My AC stopped working one evening, and AA Service had it back in operation the next afternoon. Jeff was there when he said he would be, and quickly identified the problem with a piece of equipment on the roof. He had it repaired within 30 minutes and fully explained what the problem was.
