As part of the annual condo maintenance check, Jim G arrived at the appointed time period. He was courteous, clean and professional. He ran through his check list making sure that everything is in good work order. He politely asked me if I know how to change the batteries of the thermostat unit. I am pleased with the service. Update: In the middle of the heat wave, AC did not work. So after placing a service call, I was please that the technician Petr G was able to check the AC on the same day. We've been using AA Service for 10 Years and our service tech Petr G. is awesome!! He is always on time or will call with a status. He makes it easy if no one is home to call 30 minutes ahead of time so someone can meet him at the house. He always takes special interest in making sure we understand the problem and the solution. Petr makes sure we understand and then goes out of his way to make sure our problem is taken care of at the first call. If parts are needed he will go above the call to track them down and get our system up and running the same day. Thank you AA Service for having Petr take care of us!!
