Scott was the Tech who came to our apt. to inspect the a/c system. He arrived "early" and demonstrated to us his expertise and outgoing personality. He helped us to understand how to use the a/c system and also the heating system. I asked for his card because if we have a problem, based on the experience we had, I'd prefer to have Scott handle it.
