We've used AA for decades, through three different homes. They've done maintenance, repairs & have just completed a full system replacement at our new home. AA service is always top notch. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is right and that we, the customers, are happy. Dave A & crew did our new installation, and provided the AA service we have come to expect. Tim was out recently to service my A.C. for the summer. I always request Tim, because he's very competent, personable, thorough and he has become quite familiar with my system. I appreciate that he calls before his arrival. He explains procedures, answers my questions, and tells me the condition of the A.C. He's very neat and clean, wears his blue booties in the house, and cleans up thoroughly. He makes notes on the furnace vent of work performed, which is very helpful to have. I had a new humidifier installed last fall, and Tim showed me the switch on the other side of the humidifier to change for summer. It was not visible, when facing the furnace, and I didn't recall being told about it at the installation. Fortunately, he pointed that out to me, so that I will know to change it, if I switch to heat before the fall checkup.
