Hi,
I just had service performed on 3 furnaces in a very short and professional manner. Petr called the day before to advise his approximate arrival time. The following day he called shortly after 9:00 am and said he would be there in 20 minutes. Upon his arrival he put on his booties and asked to see the units and the associated thermostats. 1.5 hours later he was done, cleaned up any mess he may have made and turned off all the lights. I do have an issue with the drain pipe from new AC. Water goes in the drain is so loud like a running faucet. It wasn't like this with my old unit in the same drain. May need extending. Offsets the quiet new AC unit.. Would like to have tech fix if possible 09/24/13 |

This is regarding the purchase and installation of both an AC and furnace system. I have been a long time customer of AA Service for 15-20+ years and longer. The consistent excellent service on routine maintenance in summer/winter was one of the final deciding factors to go with AA Service for my new system. I did an extensive amount of research.. Scott was my salesmen and was extremely thorough. He answered all my questions and came to my house a few times. I wanted to ensure I had a solid, experienced installation team to couple the equipment selection. Dave A, Dave and Erik were the assigned install team. These guys did an amazing job. They clearly were seasoned experts. Showed up as expected, took care with tarps and boards to ensure floors and carpets weren't damaged..They went to work and knew exactly what they were doing.. They explained the equipment at the end of the install and answered questions as I asked.. I HIGHLY recommend AA for all your HVAC needs.. New install and ongoing service and support.
