AA Service and Tim are excellent. I have been dealing with them for 10 years and they just keep getting better. My appt time was 8 am. Tim called me 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Everything he did was okayd with me prior to doing it. He also explained less expensive ways to upkeep my heating and air conditioning system. He installed a new thermostat and even pre set it for me. AA service and Tin B. are great! Thank you! I would like to commend Dave A. and his crew (Dan and Mike) for their courtesy, professionalism, efficiency and hard work. Each one was friendly and introduced himself as then entered my yard.
They stuck to the job diligently; and took only a short meal break. This was amazing since it was in the mid 90 s on the day they did the job of installing a new air conditioner which means they were outside a lot of the time. Never heard a word of complaint.

I've used AA for about 3 years now; Ted T, Jeff and Jim S have all been professional and extremely knowledgeable on their service calls. They make suggestions for improvements; never pushy! Fair pricing and great response time. The maintenance agreement offered by AA is a great deal for peace of mind in summer/winter. Most recently, our a/c stopped working on a 95 degree day and Ted T was able to make a service call to repair it. We greatly appreciate it!
