Lance P. called a few minutes before he arrived. He was at the door shortly thereafter. He introduced himself, and I showed him where the basement was. I was busy finishing getting ready for work. He asked a few questions, and then he did his stuff. Mentioned I should get a new mat for the humidifier, so he put that in, and within about an hour he was done, and that was when I had to leave for work.
He was polite, pleasant, and adorable!!!
