The entire team at Universe was fantastic and my service professional, Nick, could have been better.
Nick took his time to walk me through all my options and costs associated with each and helped me to choose the best option at the best value. On the day of service Nicks work was impeccable and he went above and beyond to keep our house spotless cleaning everything up after himself.

We called for service on a leaking pipe in the basement. Russ from Universe was here on time, diagnosed the repair and fixed the pipe along with an annoying noisy pipe that we've had for years.

Our washer died today. We called and got a service call and repair done this afternoon! Mike M, our service tech, had all the parts right in his van and completed the job within an hour. Outstanding service. Had a problem with my hot water boiler . I called Universal at 8am . Told them I needed help . Was asked if they could come over now , told them yes Technician was at the door within 30 minutes . He fixed the problem and also performed the yearly maintenance . Joe from Universe came this morning for my air conditioning tune up - I told him it was fine but that he wasn't due until Friday - Joe said, " it is Friday" !!!!! Oh, well, just another example of how this "stay at home" stuff is messing with my brain !!!! Anyhow, Joe was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. I have been a customer of Universe Appliance for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with their excellent service and I would highly recommend them.
