We received a estimate on the very same day we called to inquire. John is extremely helpful and most importantly honest. He answered all our questions and even explained the difference in the unit we currently have to the new one. On the day of signing the contract John came out in the middle of a nor’easter to ensure we were set up. He took his time and answer additional questions. I was thrilled with the serviceman who Universe Appliance sent over. His name is Paul S. He was very knowledgeable. I had to replace my instant hot dispenser. I called Insinkerator and Paul got on the phone and explained what I needed. I ordered an new instant hot and immediately called Universe Appliance and asked for Paul to come and install it.
