This was my first experience with Universe Appliance. A co-worker had recommended them to me and when I saw a coupon for a Central AC unit tune-up, I decided to give them a try. I couldn’t have been happier. From my phone call to book the appointment (with a woman who was very courteous and answered all my questions) right up until my technition Joe F. left, it was nothing but positive. Joe arrived early (introducing himself with a smile), and proceeded to explain what he was going to do both inside and outside the house. He was extremely careful when setting up the ladder to gain access into my attic. He then checked everything - even offered to put one of my new filters in and open all the vents to check the air flow in all rooms. At the end of the appointment and at my request he gave me a copy of the contract they offered and suggested what I could do in the future (with treating the outside line re/ possible dirt and debris) to keep the unit working efficiently. He was courteous and professional and a real asset to the company he works for. The total experience was more than I could’ve hoped for.
